"Upgraded to a balcony room for one night, directly facing the beautiful Li River and Fubo Hill. The evening breeze was so pleasant. The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river – truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious. The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos. The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process. My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it. I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good. The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in Dongxi Alley. I spent a long time choosing and finally settled on this one. Traveling with both seniors and children, the overall service was great. Most of the staff are young and proactive, contacting us and being very thoughtful and enthusiastic. The afternoon tea and evening sweet soup were definite bonuses. The overall decor is also very new. As for some reviews mentioning poor window views, given its city center location, it's really hard for them to cater to every single aspect. Personally, I think it's very good."

It's clean, and the bed is super soft and comfortable. The floral wall at the entrance is absolutely perfect for photos! The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were seriously amazing. The staff were all very friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and incredibly quick to respond. Plus, the parking is convenient and free, which was a great surprise – especially the Naughty Nezha themed parking spot! I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Guilin. A big thank you to the front desk staff for their warm and thoughtful service!"

"The environment here is really great! The lady at the front desk saw we had two large suitcases and even upgraded our room. The hygiene is excellent, and there's a full-length mirror. I especially loved the large window that made the room so bright during the day. I was surprised to find a scale, and the slippers were even individually sealed. They offer laundry and drying service; you just hand your clothes to the front desk, and they'll take care of it. Plus, they gave us a late check-out. The hotel is also super close to the scenic spots, easily reachable by foot or a shared bike. I highly recommend it to everyone!"
