Premier Inn Guildford North (A3)

The overall experience was very disappointing. Our room needed a complete refurb. There was mold on the walls around the window.The double glazing bars of our window had disintegrated. There was paint flaking from the ceiling and the soap dispensers in the bathroom were rusty. Also the USB points either side of the bed weren't working. Breakfast was a complete shambles! Admittedly it was a busy Easter weekend and the couple of staff that were there were trying to keep on top of things. But when we arrived there was only a couple of pieces of hot food, no bread for toast, hot drink machine not working, juice dispensers were empty and only 1 or 2 clean tables to sit at. I could go on!! We have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years but sadly after this experience we will be going elsewhere!.

Very polite staff. Room was very spacious. I never have a fault with Premier Inn. Location was perfect for what I needed. Carpark fairly large. Having a beefeater next door was a bonus. Right next door to the Spectrum Leisure Centre so good for bowling, swimming etc. Town centre is approx a 15 minute walk

Staff were professional, efficient and fun. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious and also very clean. Although I was there for only one night I would highly recommend this hotel. The only minor negative we arrived 2 hours early to our booking in time and they charged us £15 early entry to the room that was already available. However, it does clearly state this when booking so I suppose it is my own fault.

I stay here when i’m in Surrey for work and I enjoy it-mainly down to the staff! you know what you get with a Premier Inn. although this one is old and could do with a refurb-standards are high If you check in on a Monday or Tuesday, its always busy but quieter later in the week No matter how busy they are or if its been a while Clare always recognises me and makes an effort to get to know me and Dori is so cheerful and polite, because of this I now only try to come down when they work! I always get a good morning from the nights team too :) Thank you all for making my stays so welcoming. I recommend this hotel to people but the Beefeater is another story.

Dirty hotel……..hotel is dated but just dirty. The Beefeater…your feet stick to the floor…not a nice place, avoid! I won’t be returning. Not cheap at £140 a night. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet….rude contractors hotel…if you are a lone female avoid

Premier inn, Guildford Ok needs redecorating in the annex building. Dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceilings. Now have to pay for parking if youre not eating on the restaurant or staying at the hotel. Lack of bathroom condiment, ran out and not refilled. Stay there as uts convenient just . That's all
