"The room was quite large and clean, but getting hot water was a real hassle. It took almost 15 minutes for the cold water to slowly warm up. After a long journey, I just wanted to take a shower and relax, but that wasn't possible—the drains were clogged! The next morning, I had to wait another 15 minutes for hot water to wash up. It was incredibly frustrating! We were not using the water efficiently and were wasting resources! Breakfast was also misleading; it wasn't a buffet, but a rationed meal, and I doubt my child was full. I hope they improve this in the future!"
