The first experience was with the reception concierge who took care of our luggage when we arrived too early at the resort. Still, they waived any worries away, then took us to the main reception for check-in and while waiting for registration we were offered glasses of cold Cava of excellent quality. We were served during our registration process and never felt better at any of our five-star hotel reception experiences ever, we used the available time to walk around on the premises to get equally beautiful exotic walkways along the grass and palm trees and began our anniversary weekend first time with Melia Resorts. When we finished our round, the concierge picked up our luggage placed them in a golf cart and brought them to our Red Level service centre, the driver was Dieny Mayordomo, and he was just a lovely person making us feel the warm welcome we experienced the Caribbean with his generously smiling face and positive and respectful communication. Palacio De Isora is a big resort with lots of restaurants and relaxing areas with drinks or just a book, the saltwater pool was simply amazing and thanks to our anchor in the Palacio, the wonderful Dieny who took us around and showed us walkways and how easiest get to these various placed we were eager to experience his presence and his way of making us feel special among hundreds of tourists cannot be paid for in money. He was like meeting an old friend, simply easy-going. Our room was delicate and well equipped, the outside jacuzzi was relaxing before bedtime and the cleanness was impeccable, one of our highest criteria in hotels and resorts. Breakfast was simply high delicious quality, lunch even more like six stars as were the services and every guest we spoke with said the same, the restaurants we visited was a good experience we enjoyed fully. The day we were ready to leave we were picked up by our Dieny and he followed us to the last handshake, he is a true gentleman and a wonderful person we cannot thank him enough and we will see him again. Maybe he then oversaw customer relations or was part of the strategy team, he delivered a great Five-Star-Impression as did others but a special experience for us. We thank all Palacio De Isora Resort staff for providing an unforgettable stay and we will now look at Gran Melia when we travel from now on to new destinations being your ambassadors, thank you and see you next year again.
