一去到，個員工見我一個人攞咁多嘢，主動幫我搬gip。個早餐都OK嘅，喺自助式，自己想食幾多就攞幾多。 但個風筒插頭壞咗，冇得用🥲

It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve ever lived in for sure. The common area was pretty dirty but the room I stayed was clean. For breakfast, they provided bagels, cereals, coffee, tea, bread and scrambled egg. (Typical breakfast) the hotel is right next to a mall, that’s a mall with freshco(?) and some Asian food so it’s pretty good in terms of location!

Good location, Clean room, and the Breakfast was simple but convenient. It was a good price and had solid value.. We stayed there a few years ago and noticed some basic upgrades. We considered that the air conditioner was effective and quiet when compared to other hotels.

stayed for two days. Upon checked in, found dirty duvet with fresh food stains, the second day morning, cock roaches climbed on bed flat sheet, Asked them to change bedding, but did not replace flat sheet, They took the used towels away but did not replace new ones. The soap holder in the bathroom was cleaned and remained dirty, The hotel needs significant improvement.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Room was dirty and smelly. Lots of patrons were clearly living at the hotel, treating it like their own living room - smoking, large dogs allowed to relieve themselves everywhere, leaving boots in the hallways. Housekeeping did not address our (many) concerns about the cleanliness of our room. No apology or redress was offered. All this for over $200/night. Avoid this place like the plague.

Great location, but bad room. No closet, terrible lighting (could barely see myself in the mirror in the bathroom), tiny bathroom with not even enough counter space to put down a toothbrush. Weird carpeted platform in the corner. Housekeeping didn’t serve my room at all. Bed looked and felt like it was 30 years old. Constant supply of random guys hanging around the entrance smoking. From the sign out front, it looks like it will be torn down soon, and frankly - good riddance.

Everything was excellent. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was a variety of fruits, yogurt and even make your own waffles. I will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The carpets were stained and dirty. The bathroom sink did not fit the opening. The faucets leaked. The faucets and toilet paper holders were dirty. I actually went out and bought disinfectant wipes to wipe down all the surfaces. The only positive was at least the bedding was clean.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room & bedding was dirty. I was offered new sheets, no blankets or pillow cases though. There was no housekeeping available to come to our room, none even at the hotel apparently. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom. Black mould on the ceiling. It was difficult to breathe from the poor air quality. The carpet was filthy, my sneaker actually stuck to the floor! We ended up packing up our things & checking out of the hotel. I demanded a refund on site, and was given one after the front desk attendant rolled his eyes at me. There was dogs within the hotel barking, and it was evident that there was people smoking within the hotel, though they state that they are 100% smoke free facility. On top of the lack of cleanliness, we had an unsettling feeling about the safety within the hotel. Beware!

NOT worth 220/night! Stained carpet in the room. Along with sheets, comforters and pillowcases. Shower did not drain. Was not notified when booking a month in advance about students renting 2nd floor and other rooms were housing families. We would've stayed somewhere else. On a positive note, the Staff were VERY nice and accommodating and it was pet friendly. But definitely NOT worth 220/night and had to pay upfront when we arrived. They should show pics of the intersection the hotel sits at and not the beautiful park looking landscape that can lead you to believe that is where the hotel is situated.

The hotel is dated but it was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I had an early check out and it would have been nice to have the breakfast area open a little sooner, even if just some reheatable items.

Overall, we were pleased. The rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating and helpful. There were several teams in the hotel during our stay but was generally quiet. A larger area for accessing the breakfast bar would be a suggestion.

towels not available when requested. blood stain on fresh pillow case. built up dirt under toilet bowl rim. shower curtain 1 foot too long, which caused a tripping hazard and covered the drain. sink did not drain properly. One guest mentioned that about his room and the response was "I'll put in a work order". That's something that needs to be addressed immediately, not several days later. garbage left outside of rooms for extended periods of time, even though there are cameras in the hallways. unchewed piece of gum in main stairs near lobby was left there at least 4 days, which indicates that they are not vacuuming stairwells. secondary entrance not functional. One family was given permission for a late checkout, but the next morning after a few family members were already gone with the vehicle, the remaining members were told they could not have the agreed upon late checkout, which had them scrambling.

Last minute decision to head from Sarnia to Guelph to see some old high school buddies. Booked the room the same day I travelled and had no issues. The gentleman at the from desk in the afternoon was awesome and helped me get around Guelph to meet up with my buddies. Thanks for helping me from start to finish
