"Meitä varattiin päivä päivältä, varattiin päivä päivältä, saapui iltana ja sijoittattiin yhdeksi yöksi. Odotimme toista kerrosta, täysin varustettu, siellä oli keittiö kaikki tarvittavat, ruoanlaitto, iso jääkaappi, kylpylä geeli, shampoo, pyyhkeet. Olimme 8 ihmistä, kaikki olivat tarpeeksi sänkyjä, ja kaikki muu. Erittäin mukava. Olin iloinen talon puhtaudesta ja verran päällä. Wayfay toimi täydellisesti. 2 autoa oli asetettu garage, sijoitettu. borgom km 5, kävely kaukana, vain auto. Tien alapuolella on leipoa herkullista pöydä, kuuma, uunista. Tien yli ruokakauppa. Lähellä jokea ja kauniita näkymiä."

Heti saapumisen jälkeen selitettiin tilanne, mukava tyttö hengitysteiden, tarjosi meille aamiaista yrittäen ratkaista ongelmamme. Aamiainen meillä oli paikka ja raportoimme, että sovimme saamaan ylimääräinen 4 tuntia lepoa ilman hyviä ylimääräisiä maksuja. Huoneessa kaikki tarvittavat, tee, tee, vesi, erittäin mukavat sänkyt korkealaatuinen sänky. Kaikki oli hyvin miellyttävää, ehkä tulemme talvella hiihtoon ..."

"An pathetic experience! The wifi didn't work for the first 24hrs. Check in took forever as the hotels system was down and they didn't have a back up. The rooms are clean but very basic. The towns electricity was down and the hotel only had emergency lights for the night/morning (no complete generator back)...so couldn't charge our phones or use the kettle for coffee. No room service coffee available till their staff arrive at 7.30. The breakfast buffet was limited and cold (no eggs to order). Renovation works seem to be ongoing outside. The hotel is obviously very short staffed- the ones on duty were trying their best but understandably not successful since it was full occupancy. ( 1 waitress for an entire restaurant!!!). The one good thing was the spa which was not short staffed & ran well. In short, would highly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you have no choice and only looking for a basic lodge for a night."

Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen that has all the necessary items you might need. ​The location is unbeatable it's very close to the first ski lift, which is a huge convenience for ski lovers. The hotel also houses one of the best Georgian restaurants, "Pasanauri," where you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes. ​As for the prices, they are very budget-friendly during the low season, and during the peak season, they are fair and appropriate for the resort. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the overall experience even better. ​If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment in Gudauri, Gudauri Hills is definitely the best option."
