Один из лучших отелей на склоне. Находится рядом с канатным подъемником (50м). В отеле есть бассейн, хамам, сауна, массаж, боулинг, биллиард, бассейн на улице с теплой водой. Приличный ресторан.

NEVER TO COME BACK! It is my third time at the hotel, and while the first time was absolutely excellent, every time ever since was a worse experience than the previous one. I must say though that this third experience was beyond awful, with the worst possible service. I can safely say I would never come back to the Marco Polo again. First, prices went up ridiculously, the service in the restaurant deteriorated, its menu changed and not for the best, and the dishes prices went up for no reason. But the worst part was the service of the hotel staff and and the unbelievable attitude of the hotel manager: I made a booking for 3 people in the room, however, when we arrived at 3am, the room was smelling with sewage and set only for 2. There was nothing they could do according to them, so we had to pass the night in a stinky room. All complementary stuff in the room (like coffee) were not refilled along our stay, even though the hotel clearly stated that they will. But the most upsetting experience was the blunt lie of the hotel manager when I asked to *pay* for a late check out. The manager, named Guga, had insisted that there was no availability whatsoever at the hotel (and suggested to me and my kids to take a shower at the spa..). As I found this very hard to believe, I immediately checked online and managed to make a reservation on the hotel website! When I went back to him with the reservation, he even had the nerve to deny. No apologies or regrets. So unfortunate to see how one manager turns a great hotel to such a low level institution. But not to worry - Gudauri has many other options in that price range, and I’m sure that their quality is superior to the Marco Polo. To resume - absolutely do not recommend.

來兩次了 每次都會住幾天 出後門就到雪場 這一點非常方便 酒店所有人服務態度很好 熱情 專業 唯獨樓下餐廳一個應該是經理的女員工 對待客人非常不友好 態度極其惡劣 去餐廳好多次她都依然很刻薄 我們一羣人都被她影響旅遊的心情

Местоположение близко к подъемнику, номер хороший, новый, красивый вид из окна, уборка не на 100 процентов, забирали посуду, забывали поставить новую, даже после звонка на ресепшен не принесли, пришлось просить уборщиц в коридоре. Не давали новые капсулы для эспрессо-машинки. Завтрак хороший, в отеле есть сауна (только финская) и бассейн с видом на горы (входит в цену), джакузи не работало. Бильярд, боулинг, бар за дополнительную плату, удобно что находится в самом отеле. Заказали отель ради детского клуба, по прибытии оказалось, что нет присмотра за детьми, есть просто игровая комната, в которой практически нет игрушек… Персонал на ресепшн приятный, готов помочь.

hotel is nice but little old, big landscaping, breakfast is good, but not buffet at that time bcz not many guests, they served to table. staff very friendly, speak English. we went end of October, so no snow, no lift service. better to go gudauri after December till march if you want to see snow and activities.

This was a very very pleasant forced stopover for us. We landed in Tbilisi with a booking to go to Qazbegi, but the roads were closed coz of the snow. We had to change plans and look for places in Gudauri which was on the way and a greta alternative to where we intended to go. We were lucky to find the Chalet at Marco Polo. We were a group 8 adults and 5 kids. We stayed with our friends and family in the Chalet and had the best time ever. The stay turned out costly for us owing to the last minute booking but we couldnt have asked for better place to stay. Ski resort and very well equipped with cleanliness and awesome food options at our disposal. Highly recommended to anyone staying with friends & family.

Comfortable room, helpful desk staff. Gym was useful but not very well stocked and opening hours were limiting. Food was fine but lots of the local options were not available, which was frustrating. The biggest disappointment was that a member of the party left behind a small soft toy and when we called to ask for it to be sent on to our next destination, we were told that it hadn’t been found. No efforts were made to try and locate it and it’s sad that lost property is not handed in
