This was my third visit. I booked 2 nights and stayed on the 7th floor. On the second day, around 2pm, I went out and asked the cleaning lady on the 7th floor to clean the room. I came back around 6:30 and my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3 were lost. Fortunately, I left my phone in the carrier when I went out, and the attached photo shows the last Buds Pro opening time taken by the hotel.
It was 3:35pm, exactly when we were out.
I asked the hotel to go down and check the camera, but all they said was that they would check and send me an email. As a traveler, I had to take plane and finally they never replied mail.
I always had good memories, but I will never go back because of this opportunity

The hotel's customer service was very disappointing and the atmosphere was like they didn't care. I really do not recommend this hotel.
Everyone visiting this hotel, please be careful.
