酒店環境沒的説，建議大家可以在瓜塔佩鎮上搭三輪摩託車到酒店，從鎮子的停車場到酒店需要走800米，還是有點距離，搭三輪摩託Taxi的價格大概就在5000-6000比索，合人民幣10塊錢，當然，想好好領略本地風光的可以自行走到酒店，酒店的工作人員也都比較熱情。

Muy buena ubicación en Guatape, el personal super amable, muy limpio, vistas increíbles al lago y la piedra del peñol. Volvería sin duda. Lo recomiendo si vas a Guatape.

This hotel was very nice and a very reasonable rate. The manager was unfailingly nice. So nice. Unfortunately, there were a few things that could have been better: 1) As of Feb 2025, there is construction right next door, as new apartments are being built. It makes things quite noisy between 8 am and 530 pm. It would have been nice to receive notice about this in advance of our visit. 2) It would have been nice if shampoo was provided; 3) Breakfast was delicious; unfortunately, however, they both ran out of yogurt & had limited options for children [no cereal, no pancakes]. 4) I also thought it was too bad that, even though our room rate included breakfast, they felt it necessary to charge for more than one drink with your meal (so if you got a coffee, you got charged for wanting to drink a juice, too). 5) They had kayaks for use; but it was 50.000 for a four hour minimum. This is very expensive for Colombia to have this type of four-hour minimum at a hotel. and 6) It was also unfortunately noisy with trucks going by in the early morning. 7) We were supposed to have a water view, but they had a tree which had overgrown our window and they had not gotten around to cutting it. Again---like running out of yogurt, like the noise next door, like kayaks---these are just things they can communicate, can do, are fixable. All told, a good backpacker hotel. Beautiful water views. But just felt like even though the manager was so so so nice and lovely -- the hotel itself can get better, even if you have to charge a few more pesos in a nightly rate. Nice hotel, convenient to town, but will not return

Nice but will not return
This hotel was very nice and a very reasonable rate. The manager was unfailingly nice. So nice.
Unfortunately, there were a few things that could have been better:

A lovely quiet location away from the noise of the town centre but close enough to walk easily. Our room had a small private deck and a bath. Breakfast was included and was cooked to order. The staff were attentive and helpful and very caring when I had a medical emergency, not hesitating to provide me with first aid (there was a lot of blood and they didn’t flinch at cleaning and dressing my wound). Bonus is the lovely ginger cat!

Ótimo Hotel com Excelente Atendimento
Atendimento impecável e sensacional da equipe do hotel. Tudo que precisamos a equipe atendeu com prontidão, executou com rapidez e qualidade. A equipe e o atendimento são o grande destaque do hotel.
A acomodação é muito boa. Tem uma cama de casal e um banheiro, que funcionam super bem. O quarto é espaçoso e sobrou espaço pra duas pessoas mais várias malas, com folga.
Tem um pequeno restaurante dentro da propriedade, que é onde oferecem o café da manhã. Esse café é bem farto, e pode ser consumido com uma vista direto pros lagos de Guatapé, já que o hotel e o restaurante ficam na beirada dele.
A vista, tanto do restaurante quanto do quarto são sensacionais, permitindo ver os lagos e o Penol de Guatapé.
Recomendamos bastante.
