Near the airport. . Advantage for jetsetter with than 6 hours travel lay over in the airport

Worst costumer service ever!!! We had a problem at customs that did not allow us to stay in the hotel and they did not picked the phone, and took hours to process a request. And even it was an airport problem they refused to do the reimbursement.

AIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control. This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking. However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.

트립 닷컴의 시설 설명에는 국제선 터미널에 있다고 명기되어 있으나, 국내선 환승을 위핸 짐을 찾은 뒤에는 호텔 쪽으로 입장이 불가능 하여 결국 체크인 하지 못하였습니다. 이러한 심각한 문제는 안내에 명확히 기재가 되어야 한다고 생각합니다.

На самом деле, единственный плюс этого отеля это расположение внутри аэропорта. Всё остальное- это минус.

房間有點舊，還算乾淨，隔音效果一般，總體來説在這個位置這個價位，算是性價比可以

我經trip.com訂這酒店房是為了轉機休息，但是網站或酒店沒有清楚告訴它是在國際航班的transit hotel in terminal 3！ 我在秘魯利馬進入巴西聖保羅晚機到，但明天一早再去巴西伊瓜蘇機場，所以我要進入巴西境 arriving terminal 2取回我的行李，再去這酒店check in。但是這酒店是國際航班transit hotel在 terminal 3，我沒有辦法進入這酒店。 最後我只可以再付錢到fast sleep lounge休息六小時繼續我的行程。我已寫去Trip.com和這酒店申請退款，因為他們的指示非常不清楚，導致我在機場走來走去，問來問去，身心俱疲！所以大家訂機場transit hotel的時候，一定要問清楚！

航空会社によるフライト取り消しの為 国内線から国際線乗り換え時間がある為にホテル予約をいれましたが、 フライト前に空港チェックインができず、ホテルにはいれませんでした。 丸一日空港で過ごす事になりました。 トランジットのみのホテルと思います。 返金もしてもらえず、嫌な旅になりました。

設備先進，有抽煙區，服務態度好，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美，我們住的非常滿意，價格也合理，希望下次有機會再入住
