Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca

Brisas is a lovely destination, if you are looking for amazing, kind, caring people and the most beautiful beaches you should check it out. Brisas the resort, is a bit tired looking, paint peeling, some minor cosmetic repairs needed, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy. The property is well maintained, the gardeners never stop. All the staff we encountered, we warm and caring. Food was tasty and plentiful, supply issues mean that some days there are items you can't get, same goes with alcohol, but part of the fun is mixing it up trying something new. There is a 24 hour snack bar with pizza and burgers. The pizza and chips were very tasty. The churros are my favourite treat though! Worth waiting in line for!! The entertainment is constant. If you need to keep busy, there is always something going on. I prefer the beach myself, which is stunning. Beautiful white sand beaches, warm turquoise water. There are usually lots of chairs available. I have been here 3 times now and each year it just seems to get better. I can't wait for my next visit.

Adri y arasay were amazing bar tenders. They made a great Pina colada and Alexandra and mojito. It was also a great sunset view from the terrace. Xoxoxoxoxoxooxooxxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxooxooxooxooxoxooxoxoxooooxxoxooxxoxoxoxxoxoxoxoxxoxo Thank you!!!

We just came back from this resort. We were there in a group of 15 pickleball players. We went expecting the worse. We have a large room with a balcony overlooking one of the pools. We had a king size bed and a double. The room was sparsely furnished but did the job. The only complaints with accomodations were the water pressure was low and the water was not hot. Their was no shortage of food although it was monotenous. Beef was rare and when we had it at the ala carte resertaurants it was tough. We did not take part in the entertainment as a group we had our own planned activies such as a Euchre tournament and Theme nights. The beach was okay altough I found the sand too soft making it difficult to walk. To use the in-room safe you had to obtain the key from the front desk. The pickleball/tennis courts were in good shape.

Nous étions dans la section Villas pendant 3 semaines. Notre grand chambre avec lit king au 3e étage avec vue sur la piscine était parfait. Le lit et literie, très confortable. Nous avons toujours eu de l'eau chaude pour nos douches. Les employés sont souriant et très efficaces. La végétation sur la site est exceptionnelle. Nous avons apprécié les déjeuners et dîners à la carte dans le restaurant fruits de mer et le resto cubain. A

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjours à cette hôtel . Hôtel vieillot ,nourriture au restaurant à la carte très bon , le buffet du matin est vraiment répétitif manque de choix de viande a lunch balonie toute la semaine . Très bonne animation . Hôtel pour les 60 ans et plus beaucoup de clients répétitifs et beaucoup de trafic de cigarette sur la plage et de changement d argent par un supposé Life garde avec chapeau de cow-boy… GROS POINT NÉGATIF…….. aucune clinique ouverte sur les lieux et manque fragment de soins et connaissance en premier soin …un employé un danseur sait blesser avec une fracture cervicale et n’a eux aucun soin . L employé est décédé une semaine plus tard à l hopital. Mes sympathies à la famille de Yasiel .

Sejour du 25 novembre au 5 décembre 2024. Hotel vieillot mais tres propre, personnel tres agréable Buffet tres varié nous offrant meme de la langoute . Plage petite mais agréable. Je déplore cependant le fait que nous ayons réserver 2 restos a la carte pour s'apercevoir qu'alors que nous nous sommes présenté a l'heure, le resto Trattoria était fermé et le resto a la carte Cubain était egalement fermé pour notre réservation mais on nous a toutefois accepter le lendemain et on nous a offert de la langoute, alors pardonné pour cette fois. Manque d'eau chaude pour les douche que nous avons du pendre a l'eau froide, nous avons fait quelques plaintes mais ca n'a rien change. Je retournerais cependant a cet hotel pour leur donner une deuxième chance
