Not too bad.
Some stuff was still a bit dusty but it was okay in general.
The hotel should think about providing some slippers for guests to shower.🙂

Before check-in, the room manager will also inspect the room to ensure everything is in order before arranging for your stay. However, as our rooms are close to the road and the windows are opened for ventilation, there might be a little dust, which we apologize for any inconvenience caused. This was a good hotel but the service was not too good, I reached the hotel and they just looked at me grab my bags all the way and keep in mind I had big 3 bags, in addition they asked me what do I want, when for them to be in a hotel, isn’t it obvious I am here to lodge? They attended to me and I still carried my bags all the way to my room. The hotel was not so clean either, there was a bad intense scent, I had to call them to do something about it and in addition, the floor mat looks very dirty, I think they need to change it or deeply clean it. Besides that, the room is very big which is a good thing.

At that time, our front desk staff were handling check-in procedures for other guests, which led to the failure to assist you with your luggage. I sincerely apologize for this. Our front desk staff are all professionally trained before taking up their positions. Hotel services and language usage are carried out in accordance with regulations. When seeing guests carrying heavy luggage, they must offer assistance. We have already reported this incident to the responsible department and criticized and trained the front desk staff in a meeting. When cleaning guest rooms, we use disinfectant and wait for the room manager to inspect and confirm there are no issues before arranging for guests to check in. The carpets are cleaned once every quarter. In response to your feedback this time, we have warned the housekeeping department that if the carpets are dirty, they must be cleaned immediately. Much of smoking smell within hotel area, even in the room also have strong smoking smell.
