Love the rooms, had very good sleep, very good service, location is easy to find as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed were great to sleep, nice clean toilet.

Loved the location, plenty of food around the area. Staffs were fantastic. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Did not manage to use or see the facilities/amenities hence the low rating for that. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again!

I stayed at CityJoin for 5 nights as a solo traveller and had a wonderful experience - the staff were very helpful, answering all my questions and pointing me in the direction of everything I needed during my stay. The room itself was always completely clean, the bed was gigantic and very comfortable. Being provided bottled water each day was very helpful in Guangzhou's climate! The location is great, only a few minutes away from Line 1 on the metro, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly. The only downsides were the hotel having just one washing machine meant I needed to move reschedule some of my itinerary when someone was in the process if using it, and the walls are a little thin, meaning I could hear the guests in the adjacent room talking (only an issue if you're a fussy sleeper like me!). Overall, I loved the experience and would definitely stay again.

我們是第二次住城跡酒店了，上次2024年12月，住過覺得不錯，所以五一來廣州又選擇了它。與珠海大酒店在一棟樓，是珠海駐廣州辦事處大樓裏分租出來的兩層。勝在第一位置好，地鐵西門口站出來就是，從公園前站走過去也衹有五六百米。去老城區的很多景點比如光孝寺、六榕寺、北京路步行街、陳家祠堂、人民公園、上下九步行即可，周圍都是舊式騎樓，很有南粵特色；第二，周邊食檔非常多，樓下的“樂陶軒”是本地人吃的老茶樓，基本上沒有遊客，都是七八十歲的當地長者，可見口味之地道，而且從早上一直開到晚上，從酒店直接乘電梯到二樓就是，不用出門，大雨天也不怕沒得吃；第三，酒店基本上屬於經濟型或舒適型，裝修年份不長，所以設施、物品還沒有陳舊破損，下午前台那裡還有小點心和糖果；前台説話特別温柔，態度非常好。下次去廣州還會選擇

There was no mosquito screen, so I ended up catching about three mosquitoes every night—it seems they were getting in somehow. The room was quite humid, so I had to keep the air conditioner running even when it felt cold. That said, the staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service.

和朋友過來廣州玩兩天，位置可以

前台服務親切，酒店離公交站和地鐵站很近，出行十分方便。 周邊美食也方便，步行往西华路美食街也是十多分鐘的步程。 唯一美中不足是中央空調，在天氣不穩定的三、四月時入住，對於怕熱的我，感覺不太好受。

This boutique hotel offers an experience that surpasses my expectations. The location is exceptional, situated at the heart of the "old city center", which encapsulates the best and most authentic food and cultural experience. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely book again.

Friendly & supportive staff, great location — the only shortcoming is that it doesn't have a restaurant.

The Wi-FI network was poor & could not connect to network. The light of mirror was not working. The air-conditioner was off & could not restart automatically. The door bell was not working.
