CityNote Beijing Road is in a perfect location, close to shops and plenty of food choices. Great customer service, although language was at times difficult. I had 9 rooms booked, in various types and all were clean and comfortable. Free bottles of water were replaced daily, fresh towels and toiletries. Basic breakfast, coffee was good and cocktails at night were thoroughly enjoyed. The laundry facilities were convenient, and staff were on hand to help if needed. The fitness room was more of a storage room with 1 treadmill and 1 exercise bike amongst boxes and luggage. The reception area and dining room made it convenient for us to meet at breakfast, to discuss the days plans over a coffee or in the evening, to wind down over a cocktail. If anything needs improvement, it's the cleanliness of the lifts and corridors of the hotel. First impressions are important, and both of these areas need improvement, as it's the first thing you see before entering the hotel. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at CityNote. The convenience of the location and walking distance to Beijing Road pedestrian street, which we frequented often. A great stay and highly recommended.
