The best part of the hotel is that Smart Control system that they have. All i need it’s just voice command to control the lighting and curtains.
Booking via trip.com is very easy as my flight arrived around 12 so we called over via the app to the hotel directly to check if they accept late check in after 12am. All went smoothly as they said their receptionist will be there for late checkin. The best thing is that you can just walk down and get supper no matter its 2/3am~
After checkout I can store my luggage at the hotel too, coz my flight was at night time too.
Walking distance to Beijing road too!
For Malaysian: yes, bidet is not available please get a portable one from Shopee.
One best tips: get wet tissue and dry tissue on your trip. It’s rare to be found in their washroom unless you’re visiting premium malls.

Booked 2 rooms Deluxe Queen and Cosy Queen but have absolutely no idea what is the difference besides the price of about SGD 150.
Check in was slow, staff grumpy and had to ask which room is the deluxe after given the keys which is odd. According to the staff, Deluxe is Room 708 and Cosy is Room 730, I have my doubts.
Otherwise location was good although loads of touting from eatery downstairs the hotel so I won’t actually suggest here given there is another outlet in Beijing road if u are looking city note chain, daily breakfast was simple, supper and washing machine and coffee.
Place was also was a bit run down so think Instagram vs reality difference, the marketing photo and video looks much more well kept than current state.
So will suggest going else where or perhaps other outlet of the same chain

跟朋友一起出來玩就定了這個酒店，酒店房間乾淨衞生，前台小哥哥小姐姐和客房服務員都很熱情，出門步行兩分鐘就是北京路步行街了，去很多景點都很方便，都能地鐵直達，打車過去也很方便，都是兩三公里就到了。前台還有24小時提供咖啡，🤭還能外帶，真的太棒了！！！！！

這家店店設施很齊全，每次洗完頭就會吹頭髮，這個吹風機都想給他帶回去了，風力老大了，吹幾下頭髮就幹了，還有這個機器人還可以送餐的，還是頭一次見，住起來還是不錯的，很舒服

酒店位置可以的喔，這裏就是步行街，去吃東西逛夜市也是很方便，酒店的環境也很好，我特別喜歡這個床墊，很舒服，特別是晚上睡覺的時候老柔軟了，睡的很沉
