Ji Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe East Railway Station)

Good location , good service

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the convenience of being close to the Guangzhou East Railway Station (and Metro Station), as well as nice eating places nearby. Apart from the great location, the hotel has modern amenities (with free guest laundry) and excellent customer service. I mistakenly overbooked one more night at this hotel; the hotel staff along with trip.com, helped to resolve the issue (with a refund) within hours. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Rather surprise with the stay. Here are my pros and cons  1. The room was big enough for 4 person to fit in and still has a big enough space to walk and luggages. 2. The services on the front desk is amazing, we ordered taobao multiple times during our stay and the process with receiving parcel at the front desk is easy. Receiving food delivery is easy too, just make a call to the front desk and they will have the robot to send the food to the room.  3. Breakfast was alright, the food is fresh.  4. Close to many locations for food, malls, bars etc. There are some nice food spots just outside the hotel as well.  5. Laundry room is a plus point, they also have workers to check on the machine during midnight when some people left their laundry in.  Cons  1. No aircon during winter, the aircon is universal for the whole building. It was a little hot during some nights, but overall it was fine not the biggest issue for the stay.  2. During winter, you will need to sleep with the window open as there is not aircon in the room and It can be noisy during morning from the congested taxi honking because it is located next to the largest railway station in GZ and traffic is high.  Overall the stay is great, I would recommend this place. I hope they maintain the cleanliness and service of the hotel for a long time. I will rebook this place again when I visit Guangzhou.
