The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the subway station, and the front desk staff, Xiao Mo, is friendly and she was super helpful with booking a taxi to Gulong Gorge. The hotel is clean, hygienic and tidy. Would recommend! ❤️
The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room layout is up to standards. Service is attentive and makes people feel comfortable.
Hotel from outside looks a bit old, but inside everything is new and fresh. Amenities are good. Bathroom is clean.
Breakfast was mostly Chinese style without many western options. Boiled eggs, bread, porridge, fruit etc. Milk, tea and coffee available as well. Not too many options like in big hotels but for me it was ok.
Location is really good.
No mini fridge in the room. That is something to improve.
The room is clean. Lots of eateries just outside the hotel. There is also a convenience store nearby. Subway is near. Service is excellent. I will definitely come back.
Everything was amazing about that Hotel, the room the lobby and the staff except their security guard ****************** and tried to ***** with me which obviously so cringe that made my trip a little disturbing. Rest, everything else was good.
As a tourist hotel it's not very well located or connected. The nearest metro station is a 20-30 minute walk. If you go out every day that's an hour lost each day, and it's a long way to drag your luggage over bridges and across freeways.
The complimentary breakfast was nice, but very Chinese and the coffee was truly awful.
It's really a hotel set up for visiting Chinese business people and Chinese tourists, not for Western tourists.
The room was clean, but the employees in the reception doesn’t even know one single english word, checking in was annoying as they could not find my reservation.
The hotel staff is very good, the room is big enough, and the shower facilities are good! I heard that there are washing machines for use? But; the wi-fi is too slow, which needs to be improved?
