Location of this property is very ideal for business traveller's and uts main usp. The room size is big and have a feel of independent flat with small kitchen. The room needs better cleaning all the furniture needs renovation including toilet. This place can be better if management take care of house keeping Also air conditioner is only cooling and is not having heating option specially in winter they keep the ac closed. Over all will recommend if other prices are too high

Bonjour j'ai passé ma première nuit au Grand Eastern International Apartment j'ai réservé 2 nuits du 2 au 4 janvier 2025 et je tiens à vous signaler mon mécontentement. Jai eu la chambre 4821 la chambre est vraiment tres sale elle ne correspond pas au photo, niveau hygiène c'est une catastrophe le mobilier est en mauvais état, J'ai constaté différentes tâches sur lit,odeur nauséabonde La chambre est sale, impossible de recharger sont téléphone portable aucune prise ne fonctionne. J'ai évidemment demander une autre chambre à la réception le personnel est désagréable et impossible pour lui de répondre à cette demande et de me fournir une autre chambre il n'a rien voulu savoir je suis extrêmement déçu les différents problèmes que j'ai rencontrés pendant mon séjour sont inacceptables c'est la raison pour laquelle je fait cette réclamation Dans l'attente de votre réponse, je vous prie d'agréer, Madame, Monsieur, mes sin- cères salutations.
