这次来广州选了桔子酒店，第一前台服務人員態度好，有问必答，都会耐心的帮忙我们解決問題。我们定了双床间，放间不大，可是设备齐全，酒店提供免費洗衣和烘干服務，還有免費自助茶水吧和健身房。果然加入會員，贈送了早餐，家人都說好吃，這家桔子酒店近地鐵站，離北京路很近，这酒店超讚的，下会会再选择这酒店。

酒店樓層的裝修和傢俬都很有格調，新淨，整潔，地點也很方便，只是浴室的花灑出水很慢，可能水壓不足，不知是否因為大樓旁的商塲正在裝修而有影響，希望酒店要留意一下。

房間乾淨舒適，有窗户通風效果好，前台的小姐姐很友好，非常滿意，五星好評！

Around 5-8 mins walk to 北京路步行街. Hotel room is clean spacious room . Staff is friendly. Overall good for the price 😃

Terrible. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Checked in a stinky room, they agreed to change our room but offered a downgraded room without any compensation/refund. Where is your business ethic? It was your issue in the first place not mine, how can you downgrade my room? Although in the end they compromised on a better room as the room type I booked is sold out, it didn’t get any better. It has very low water pressure in the shower which makes showering difficult. That’s not only about it. The lift!! There’s only 1 elevator which is taking forever. Definitely not worth the price paid. You can have better options out there, at this price.

Orange Hotel is located quite conveniently close to the Beijing Road area. I found the room decently comfortable, and the availability of laundry machines was quite welcome given that my previous stay didn’t include clothes hangers. The road it’s on has some coffee shops that you could easily miss, so check the map when you’re out and about.

地理位置優越

酒店服务有待改善。房间打掃到翌日五時向前枱催促才进行；值得称赞是前枱領導对我们反映房间有異味，积极处理。酒店前枱在四楼，酒店客房在三、五、六楼，上或下都靠一部电梯，有時等的时间颇長。酒店門前有約十级楼梯，行李多些出及入都極不方便。來入住日时酒店前門还有建筑工程，把地掘起又吵，又塵多，行人都得跨步走过，又有安全隐患。地下店铺与二楼✖✖公寓俱在装修，什音麈士特別多。 酒店地点离北京路很近，很方便，但因就在单程交通要道，打車什是不便，我们很多次要路过繁忙馬路才找到沒地停车的司机。

服務員態度非常好，有禮貌，會向客人打招呼，也能提供客人所需。酒店環境衛生，舒適。但房間花灑水量不足。由於其中一部電睇正在維修，所以上落不方便；前門也有樓梯，上落帶着行理不太方便。

地點優越，離開北京路步行街很近，靠近海珠廣場地鐵站，前台服務員態度很好熟悉業務，房間設備新，沒有異味，衞生間很乾凈，下次還會入住
