環境很好，衞生乾淨

Very nice and cozy room, a lot of shops and restaurants around this area! Host is very helpful too! there was a construction work at mid night, we called host to deal with it and host gave us response immediately. Thank you!

很滿意的一次入住。房間蠻大的，裝修和設施都比較新，打掃的很清潔，就是天窗那半塊沒撕掉的膜有些*，也擔心上面是否有人望下來。民宿一樓咖啡閣的小哥很親切友善，咖啡好喝。

因為要在廣州轉機，順便逛逛永慶坊，所以在攜程選了這家民宿兩晚，它在永慶坊景區裡面離廣州粵劇博物館很近，我還特意去拍了粵劇妝照，三四個小時累了就直接回民宿休息。閒逛中發現離上下九服裝城也不遠。然後民宿樓下的咖啡廳是個時尚帥氣的弟弟，熱情洋溢。問路找不到發微信給民宿老闆也是及時回復有問必答親切和氣。兩人還熱情的幫我們把很重行李拿到樓上，所以下次回去廣州轉機還是第一首選永慶樾，性價比值得

無意選擇了住在景區裏面，去哪裡都挺方便的。環境很好，服務很好。

Fantastic stay in this great area provided with many local food around. This was redesigned and rebuilt in the signature old Xiguan building which is more intimate and comfortable than staying in the hotel nearby. I booked three rooms with my friends and were very excited when we checked in. All of them have balconies or rooftops, and we could feel the local atmosphere of Yongxingfang. The B&B has a coffee shop on the first floor. The owner and employees are nice, they even invited us for free coffee. The waffles are delicious as well. The rooms smell nice as soon as you open the door, and the appliances and facilities inside are carefully selected, which may be more complete than those in a hotel. All in all, staying at Yongqingyue during the Christmas trip to Guangzhou was a pleasant experience. Definitely will come back again!

推薦這間酒店，樣樣都好

房間整潔，酒店配備的房間裏都有配備，每天還會簡單地打掃一下房間，以及給兩瓶礦泉水。地理位置很好，房間裡外都很漂亮，邊上就是粵劇博物館和永慶坊的各種旅行打卡點，去哪都挺方便的，周圍也很好逛。 但是房間隔音不是很好，所以蠻看其他住客的素質、白天室外是否有施工作業。因此不乏有被吵醒的情況。睡眠淺的在意這一點的感覺要斟酌一下（真的有些時候不可避免的是蠻吵的）總體下來是蠻不錯的入住經歷。 以及房間內的置物空間比較小，背包客類型的旅行可能要注意多帶一個袋子什麼的一面房間內沒有足夠的放住宿用品的空間。 晚上有起夜上衞生間的習慣的不建議loft，因為迷迷糊糊下樓梯確實需要小心一點。 整體體驗很好，老闆人也很體諒住客。

還不錯，地理位置很不錯

民宿在景區，很方便… 房間很小，洗手盆也太小，洗臉刷牙水容易濺出…  比較不喜歡的是民宿衹提供一次性毛巾，不太好使用…

老闆很熱情，位置位於永慶坊裏面，非常不錯，老房子改造，一次性紙巾，質量太差了，粘**子，一次性拖鞋質量也差，換好一點的體驗感更好，強烈建議不要用一次性的毛巾，天冷了，不吸水，淋浴乾濕不分非常不方便，建議老闆快點完善好

休閑舒適, 在永慶坊中間, 熱鬧也很方便👍
