The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. I went out in the morning anticipating to come early for a check out, unfortunately things didn't go as planned then I delayed. I asked the staff to take my baggage out of the room and keep at reception, however they gave me 2hr grace period. Still I didn't manage to return in time. They eventually took my stuff, including shoes and coat that were not packed and they nicely packed them in one red bag paper bag of theirs. I returned after 6pm and in hurry to catch my flight . Some extra stuff that I wanted to send elsewhere, the staff called the courier service to pick up and send.
The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable for a loner. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. Also it's near to the subway station line 5 Sanxi station. There is a bigger mall with Sam's, club, and other internationally recognized outlets.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, reception is at 12th floor, lots of shops and restaurants downstairs and nearby. 15 minute walk to the subway station

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Even though we couldn’t check in on time because our room wasn’t ready yet, he made sure we were comfortable while waiting. He was also very responsive to all our queries. As a gesture of goodwill, he even upgraded one of our rooms for free due to the late check-in.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The location is also very accessible—there’s a convenience store, restaurants, coffee shops, and malls nearby.
Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located just up the road from the Sanxi Metro Station. The room itself was clean and spacious, quiet too. The amenities were great as well. The room even had a washing machine, a fridge and a sink.
Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area for a little while.

Loved the receptionists! Always quick to answer and take care of you. A really great value accommodation 🙌🏻 Easy accessible, great view, good restaurants nearby specially one downstairs with halal food, accommodating all kind of guests.

Our recent stay at Mandi International was nothing short of exceptional, and we owe a great deal of our wonderful experience to the hotel manager, Mr. Wang Feng. From the moment we checked in, we were met with a level of professionalism and genuine warmth that is all too rare. The location of the hotel is near to Sanxi Subway, situated in the midst of skyscrapers, next to a shopping mall. The building has a few restaurants at the ground with condiments.
Mr. Wang Feng was a true example of outstanding hospitality. Early in our visit, we had a minor issue with language and Room Size. Before we even had a chance to stress, Mr. Wang Feng personally and swiftly intervened. They not only resolved the issue immediately but went above and beyond to upgrade our room to wider bed.
Throughout our stay, we saw the entire staff, who were all friendly and attentive. The seamless service, attention to detail, and positive atmosphere of the hotel are a direct reflection of their hard work and dedication.
Thank you Wang Feng, for making our stay so memorable.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was deeply impressed by the overall experience — especially by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Wang Feng.
What stood out most was his warm attitude and dedication to guests. He made me feel truly welcome, turning what could have been an ordinary stay into a memorable experience.
Thanks to Mr. Wang Feng’s excellent service, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. People like him truly represent the best in hospitality — respectful, caring, and always going above and beyond.

My stay at Mandi International Apartment in Guangzhou was extremely pleasant.
The rooms are good and make you feel at home,I had access to a fridge where I could store my drinks, a washing machine to wash my clothes, and so much more that made my stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
The price is also quite affordable, and the service is great
There are restaurants right outside the hotel with affordable prices for food
It is also just approximately 13 minutes away from Sanxi metro station (line 5), which is a walking distance and if you don’t feel like walking there are e-bikes available close to the hotel that you can ride to the metro
The hotel is also located in a very modernised area with beautiful views and picture worthy buildings that show the beauty of the city
Overall I would definitely recommend this place most especially for international guests
And I would most definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I come to Guangzhou
