La mejor experiencia en la montaña, la villa más que hermosa, limpia, súper equipada. La atención del personal un 💯, alimentación deliciosa y muy diferente. El tour a la catarata con el guía, fue de lo mejor . Solo queda recomendar este lugar para que lo puedan disfrutar tal y como lo hicimos nosotros. Volveríamos de nuevo y deseamos que tengan muchos éxitos siempre porque se lo merecen, se esmeran en tener un terreno encantador.

Hidden gem
Firstly make sure you have a good off road vehicle to get you there as it’s quite far on unpaved roads….but my god it’s worth it when you arrive .Location is fantastic, chalets were lovely with privacy and right in heart of forest . The restaurant again was fantastic with lots of choice but quite limited on time ( 6pm-7:30pm) Breakfast like evening meal was cooked perfect at the same venue with lots of choice. Some nice walks around there but because of time we only did the waterfall walk.For this you need to be quite stable on your feet with good boots.Its about 25 mins each way .Would have definitely of stayed another night if I wasn’t on a schedule .Cant fault anything really !!!

I spent two nights with my wife. It has become one of my favorites places in Costa Rica; I´m a local! We stayed at Villa Kakala, it was magical!!! The location is super private and fantastic river / forest view. The Villa is very nicely designed as well as high end finishes. Very comfortable, quiet, secluded! Just perfect for our honey moon rendezvous! The couples massage, sauna, spa, horse tour to wowww river canyon, food and above all personalized and super friendly personnel made our trip on our best in Costa Rica. Unique place to stay. Thank you,

Superbe endroit, luxe élégant et discret. Magnifiques balades en forêt, beaucoup d'options d'activités dans la région. Personnel aux petits soins, très agréable et très disponible, restaurant excellent. Nous avions la Villa Colibri, au bord de la rivière, très bon choix ! Nous recommandons !!

Lovely, attentive staff. The lodge is set in the jungle but accommodation is excellent. Could not fault it. The bird life is wonderful. Sergio, the Manager and Denis, the wildlife guide, were absolutely dedicated to making my stay happy. The food was freshly prepared and a good choice. Wish I could have stayed longer.

This hotel absolutely blew our minds. The 30 minute drive off road was very beautiful and at first made us a little nervous but quickly realized with 4 wheel drive its very easy and fun! Once we got there... We were blown away. The staff. The rooms. The food. THE PRICE. 10/10. The natural pool area to me might be one of the most beautiful places I've ever been in my entire life and literally put tears in our eyes. The amount of hiking, exploring, and outdoor activities could fill an entire week. There are only 5 rooms so you feel like the entire property is yours and the staff knew our names only after 2 days. I will forever be amazed with this place and am even looking at building a villa there. GO THERE. Before the secret is out.

Service and premises are excelente this is such a beautiful quiet and magical place. Nevertheless there is an improvement possibility in the dinning the food takes a lot to be served and the taste and quality is not adequate to prices. Additionally on NYE they had fireworks which I consider is not consequent to the ecological experience. I was concerned about all the animal in their surroundings suffering for this
