"Todella mukava hotelli talvilomalle"

"Tilanne on erinomainen. Koska olen allerginen, teippi oli minulle huono, se oli jotain vanhaa eikä puhdistaa enää, tai kaikki oli puhdas.  Meidän piti ottaa koirat odottamatta, koska koiranhoitaja ei halunnut huolehtia koirat enää. Hotelli ei aiheuttanut ongelmia, mutta ymmärrät vain, ja arvostan sitä. Muuten olisimme lähteneet.   Restaurantissa on sitten erityinen pöytä meille ja minun neljän jalan. He olivat kaikki hyvin rakastava ja hyvin ystävällinen minun Caisy ja Flocky. Palvelu oli 5 plus arvo ravintola. Meillä oli hauskaa valikosta: Kaikki oli hyvin. Olen matkustanut koko elämäni 5star Plus hotellit ja asunut ympäri maailmaa ja tiedän milloin ihmiset tarjoavat palvelua, ja asiantuntijat ovat. Mutta ihmisen sormenpinnan tunne on vielä hyvin harvinainen. Joku, jonka haluamme vielä ylimääräistä kiittää avustasi on Kiara tai Ciara. Hän on ollut henkilökohtainen, erittäin ammattitaitoinen palvelu, jota ei löydy vielä. En tiedä, miten teit sen, mutta vaikka se on aikaa vuodessa, kaikki on varattu, ja kaikki ovat stressissä, - teillä on ollut aikaa kaikille asiakkaille, mutta kukaan ei antanut odottaa. Hän on nähnyt niin paljon pieniä asioita ja auttanut, ei vain meille vaan kaikille asiakkaillesi. Hän tiesi asiakkaiden tarpeen ja teki sen ennen kuin sanoimme.  Me molemmat sovimme, että kun palaamme tähän alueelle, palaamme teidän luonne vain Kiaran takia.  Rakas terveisiä  Monique ter Meulen"

"We came to Gstaad to celebrate a birthday event with friends. This hotel was on their list of "recommended" hotels. Nice smiles at reception and friendly introduction, but a hotel lives from hard and software. Here the hardware is totally deficient. Superior room, the most expensive room category before the suites. Motel-like room, Ikea style furniture, miniscule bathroom and a fabulous view on the parking lot. Ground floor terrace. Main street to the ski lift. Without drawn curtains and sitting in the dark, everybody can look straight into the room. This is the worst reality check I have encountered in my 60 years of worldwide traveling. No, absolutely no relationship with the website. Either we have been ripped off and we received a massive downgrade or the website is a total scam. Uncomfortable beds and badly isolated walls. We are counting the hours to be able to leave this place. Stay away"

"As usual, it was great. It was our fifth time. It's gotten significantly more expensive, though. Last year we paid 1665 Swiss Francs for our junior suite and this year it was 2070 Francs for the same room. But it was still worth it.."
