不錯，前台很帥

Amazing newly renovated and in best location in Gstaad! Great room and views! Staff were super friendly - Ivan and all in reception. Very helpful and made us and everything feel good.

Described as there’s turndown but actually no. I’m really really upset

Good hotel. Staff unpleasant as a matter of personality -- better suited to be front desk at a bus station. As a past guest we requested room with view; we were given room facing a wall 10' away when the hotel was more than 1/2 empty. Good hotel; very poor desk staff. They need re-training in a different profession.

Waren bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel und irgendwie war dieses Mal der stimmigste Besuch. Das Check-in verlief überdurchschnittlich freundlich, das Zimmer war schön, grosszügig und in gutem Zustand. Die Aussicht war bescheiden, jedoch haben wir dies so gebucht und somit abolut fair. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

This hotel in 25 plus years can’t get past a 4 point review, for many reasons. Scroll the reviews if you wonder why! I understand the arrogant, pompous owners are being put out to pasture. Long overdue. Truly nasty, mean-spirited couple - oh dear… and the wife with ‘that voice’…the narcissist husband….Backstory: after spending over 30,000CHF during a 5 month stay, and weekly dinners in the Chinese Restaurant for 10 odd years, and given a letter (which I still have) to give to the Gemeinde as a reference when I first moved here, these utterly miserable pair gave me a 140CHF parking ticket for parking in their empty parking lot ‘off season’. Rotten human beings. People tell me the woman is a very jealous type. I can’t speak to that. Just know they are disliked widely. Happy to hear they are going. There will be many who will celebrate. As Friedrich Nietzsche said “People don’t want to hear the truth because they don’t want their illusions destroyed. I will continue to speak it.

Not worth of the value paid More than 600 CHF a night for worse than three star hotel condition. Room was big, but not even basic amenities were available such as tooth paste. Breakfast was simple but ok. The receptionist in the morning was impolite and ignoring. In gernetal, an overpriced but outdated hotel with insufficient staff

Restaurant Staff was rude and the management didn’t even care to set things right. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Début de la saison de la chasse. La terrine de gibier en entrée était très bonne et le civet de chevreuil succulent. Les spätzli magnifiques. Et en plus c’était très bien servi au niveau de la quantité. Le service était très agréable. Une bonne adresse à Gstaad.

Ottimo albergo in pieno centro, proprio di fronte alla stazione Silenziosissimo con ottimo parcheggio riservato proprio di fronte l’ingesso Dispone di 3 ristoranti che abbiamo testato con ottimi risultati Un plauso particolare a tutto il personale professionale , simpatico e disponibile , tra l’altro una menzione in più ai tanti italiani che lavorano lì per la loro professionalità e calorosa accoglienza

Charming hotel in the centre of Gstaad with onsite parking. Check in was smooth The rooms are nice and spacious with modern bathrooms and very comfy beds Dinner outside on the terrace was lovely and had the best rosti in many years. Would advise to book the restaurant early as we missed out on our first choice although that was partly down to difficulties in communication (we don't speak German and the person didn't speak good English or French) and somewhat inattentiveness of the front desk person who knew we were deciding but chose to book a table for an outside guest right in front of us
