Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione della nostra visita alle grotte di Postumia e alla vicina Lubiana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'agriturismo è immerso nella tranquillità della campagna pur se vicino all'uscita autostradale ed alle grotte stesse. I titolari ci hanno accolto con estrema cortesia e professionalità, preparandoci ogni mattina colazioni squisite ed abbondanti. Segnaliamo altresi che si sono prodigati affinché anche le nostre figlie celiache potessero avere una colazione adatta alle loro esigenze e di questo ne siamo grati. Le camere sono spaziose, sempre pulite con annesso ampio bagno molto curato. Torneremo a visitare le grotte che ci hanno entusiasmato e soggiorneremo ancora in questa struttura.

La struttura è nuova , situata a circa 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Postumia e a 8 minuti dall'ingresso alle grotte. Abbiamo fruito del servizio di pernottamento e prima colazione. Prima della partenza avevamo chiesto se fosse disponibile il servizio senza glutine in quanto abbiamo due figlie celiache. Il servizio è stato impeccabile sia all'arrivo (i proprietari ci sono venuti incontro mettendoci a disposizione le stanze prima dell'orario del check in) sia nel corso del soggiorno. Le colazioni erano fantastiche con prodotti creati dai proprietari che gestiscono una fattoria a pochi km di distanza. Molto attenti all'aspetto GF. Ci spiace solo non avere avuto l'occasione di parlare con loro più a lungo perchè la storia di questa struttura è molto bella da ascoltare.

Un gioiello tra le roccie, uno spettacolo unico, parcheggiato l'auto nel parcheggio poco sotto..a pagamento, ci siamo avviati per la visita. Questo maniero incassonato nella montagna si9 può visitare al suo interno, scale scalette anche un pò tortuore ma avventurose. La visita è abbastanza veloce, al suo interno anche un negozietto per i ricordini e altro, pure il vino locale. Nelle vicinanze anche un bar e ristoro.

WOW! WOW! and WOW! If you are in the Postojna area, DO NOT HESITATE to stay the night at the Fattoria Smrekarjeva Domacija. It is set in an idyllic country road (it used to be a farm) and you are met with Melita, the NICEST host ever! they rent rooms but since we were 4, we booked the one and only apartment and we couldn't believe how beautiful it was: the decor marries the original wood with modern facilities. The toiletries are even from L'Occitane! and the FOOD!!!! ALL local, homemade food at a very reasonable price; we had the taste plate for dinner at 15e each and there was so much, we hardly. finished it. And do not miss the buffet breakfast; well worth it! It will keep you sated for most of the day. To top it all, if you are animal lovers, or if you are travelling with kids, you can go pet the goats; they are used to it and love the attention.

Posizione tranquilla in campagna, ma vicina all'autostrada ed alle grotte. Struttura confortevole e ristrutturata con gusto. Camera familiare molto grande, bel bagno. Ottimo il ristorante, super la colazione. Personale professionale e cortese. Rapporto qualita'/prezzo vantaggioso.

We came for one night. Extremely nice clean and the owner very nice helpfull .the room clean with comfortable bed.dinner and breakfast are excellent. I'll give it a 10 out of 10 It is in the heart of beautiful village. Beautiful with a charming view

This is an excellent example af an “agriturismo,” a working farm that offers rooms to visitors. The place is very up-to-date, with all the amenities you could want, and the rooms are spacious and clean with a nice rustic flavor. We had breakfast and dinner here and both meals were well-priced and delicious. The surrounding bucolic countryside offers great opportunities for walking and cycling, and the attractions of Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle are within easy driving distance. We recommend SD very highly!

Siamo stati presso questa struttura grazie al consiglio di un’amica e devo dire che non ha sbagliato. Agriturismo molto ben tenuto, tranquillo, camere pulite e accoglienti anche di buone misure. Assolutamente consigliato mangiare da loro la sera! Tutto sempre molto molto buono!!! A circa 10 minuti di auto dalle famose grotte di postumia.

A lovely farmhouse with a very welcoming owner. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was so sweet to me and made a fantastic breakfast using entirely fresh ingredients from her farm. She also made a delicious soufflé for my birthday :) My stay was peaceful and relaxing. I felt right at home.
