Before check-in, the owner emailed me to fill out my personal information in advance, but it was a bit tricky to do, so I figured it would be easier to just fill it out at the front desk when I arrived. However, when I got there, the lady at the front desk was quite displeased and deliberately made me wait for a long time, claiming that if I had completed the online form beforehand, I wouldn't have caused such a delay. All in all, despite that, it's a charming local chalet with beautiful weather and scenery, making for a great experience."

"I chose this hotel for my vacation in Switzerland. The corner room was beautiful, with a view of the snow-capped mountains right outside. The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the facilities were excellent. Located in Grindelwald, next to the First Mountain, it's perfect for a drive. The town is worth exploring. At just over 4,000 euros, it's definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!"
