快捷酒店，早餐也挺好

Der Empfang war super. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Unser Doppelzimmer war sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à 30min de Düsseldorf. Idéal pour visiter la Rurh, entre Dortmund et Cologne. La chambre était correcte et spacieuse, l'accueil parfait. La ville est calme, rien a faire ,le véhicule est obligatoire les transports en commun c'est pas trop ça.

Das Hotel ist für eine Übernachtung absolut zu empfehlen. Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis/Leistung könnte besser sein.

I travel for work every week and I had the worst service ever in this hotel. My flight was delayed and I arrived late, to my surprise that the hotel was closed after 23.00 and no one of the emergency phones were working. My only way in was through a college who was sleeping at the hotel (and had to share the room with). Hotel claimed to have sent a code to my email that I should have received to go in (which I never did). I guess I paid for a scape room instead of for a hotel (they charged me). But the worst part is that you have no access to anyone after hours, no phones, no one available, lights shut down. This hotel is a big risk, as, if you are out of the hotel after 23.00 you can't go back again, as codes not working neither emergency phones. On top, no personnel. I experienced that when my colleague opened for me and we had to help another guest who went out and was locked outside. My question to the hotel is, what happens in case of emergency or problems? What if a guest is locked outside, should call the police? Poor service, dangerous emergency policies, unfriendly attention at breakfast, parking closed, really bad amenities, noisy, no air conditioning,.... List is endless.

Rumoerig in het hotel, tot diep in de nacht buiten onder het raam voor de ingang werd gedronken en gerookt en veel lawaai gemaakt.

mein Mann wollte duschen und hatte gleich die ganze Armatur in der Hand. Wir haben aber sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Den zweiten Hotelparkplatz ( der *sichtbare* war voll) haben wir nicht gefunden, da er nicht ausgeschildert war. Da Wochenende war haben wir dann in einer Lieferzone geparkt obwohl wir den Hotelparkplatz bezahlt haben. Der Aufzug brauchte ewig und beim Frühstück wurde man durch die sehr lauten Gespräche des Personals, welches auch frühstückte, genervt. kein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt
