sembrava tutto bello ma il comportamento del receptionist pelato grosso con il pizzo è stato veramente vergognoso. trattare male rispondere male o guardare male i clienti che hanno PAGATO non è ammissibile un conto è dire le cose con tranquillità e gentilezza un conto è dirle come le dice lui mi sono sentita attaccata e sinceramente ho anche avuto abbastanza paura…consiglio vivamente il LICENZIAMENTO IMMEDIATO

Allora il receptionist pelato e grosso con pizzo è di una scordialità inaudita, sono stato bene tutta la settimana ma tutte le volte che vedevo questo soggetto, o rispondeva male o guardava male, ed è veramente un comportamento inaccettabile da parte dello staff verso un cliente che ha giustamente pagato il servizio…consiglio vivamente il licenziamento di questo soggetto…non è accettabile su nessun pianeta questa scordialità e maleducazione da parte sua verso i clienti

Posizione fantastica ma tutto il resto valuto con una stella! Il personale della reception maleducati e scontrosi non adatti al ad un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico. Cibo di qualità scadente e ripetitivo nelle proposte del menu , forse fa eccezione la colazione , camere fatiscenti e sporche . La connessione Wi-Fi solo nel salone della reception. Ascensori spesso fuori uso . Non consiglio il pernottamento.

I visited the hotel on a ski trip with Scouting. The hotel does have WiFi, which is good on the lower levels but when you are up to around floor 2 there is no connection. Food-wise, there is a poor selection. At breakfast, the only hot food that is offered is scrambled eggs and sausages. Dinner always seems to feature 2 or 3 pastas, although sometimes there are other options as well. However, nothing has allergens or vegetarian/vegan labelled on to it. The pasta is tasty, though. Most staff were friendly and helpful (although it was difficult to interact with them sometimes, because of the language barrier). However on one occasion a member of staff acted hostile and seemed almost offended when I asked him to repeat what he said when I didn't understand him. Interski uses this hotel, and as a result there are multiple school groups there at one time. Unfortunately this means that there are kids running around the corridors, being loud and messing around. There are long, communal balconies stretching across multiple rooms, which might be nice for school groups but not if a couple or family is staying there. I don't think that it's a problem with the hotel, but likely due to Interski's incompetence we were originally told that the rooms would be ready for us at 1:30 when we arrived, however it ended up being almost 6:00. The hotel has a picturesque setting as it is up in the mountains, but the downside to this is that it is a bit out of the way and takes a long time to drive to. The hotel's garage is also used to store skiing equipment (so not much room for cars), but there are not even enough racks provided for storing skiis. All in all the hotel does its job, but it's really not the sort of place you would want to stay at with family.

This is not a hotel during ski season. This is the asylum ... it is awful. 200 plus over-indulged, rude, arrogant school children aged from 10-18 with drunken teachers that took little to no responsibility for the delinquent behaviour. Kids running along dangerous balconies at all hours, using the phones and random calling other rooms, incessant noise throughout the night; the list is endless. This is not family friendly and it is not exclusive to Crystal ... if you value your sanity and your sleep... do not book to stay here. Crystal Ski won't help you!!! The hotel is a huge maze, finding your way around was difficult enough, the electrics are old and plug sockets inaccessible (behind the radiators) I had to use the hairdryer socket in the bathroom to charge phone ... not ideal. The staff ... none of them could control the chaos and the maelstrom caused by 200 children, management was ineffective and clearly there is a serious lack of planning with allocation of rooms . The situation wasn't improved in the ski locker rooms where most of the kids just dumped everything in piles at the end of the day .. plus its not heated so boots don't dry!!! The evening entertainment just added to the madness, a too loud singer in the bar where a pleasant quiet drink and conversation won't happen. It's farcical but true and there is so much more that I could add to this review but quite simply AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE and don't rely on Crystal ski to help, because they don't and won't.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel e già dal momento dell arrivo nella serata di venerdi dove dopo oltre un’ora abbondante di chiamate per comunicare l’arrivo in ritardo e chiedere se ci fosse la possibilità di cenare fuori orario, finalmente qualcuno risponde (una gentile signora lo ammetto) ci riferisce che l’unica possibilità son dei piatti freddi, accettiamo senza sapere altro. All’arrivo la salita del parcheggio completamente ghiacciata, dopo aver parcheggiato con non poche difficoltà, facciamo il check in e ceniamo, al tavolo troviamo un piatto a testa contenente 3 fette di salame, 3 di formaggio, delle verdurine, una frittatina con patate e dei cavolfiori. Per aver pagato la CENA nel soggiorno, davvero poco. Per usufruire del bare occorre munirsi di prepagata alla reception senza possibilità di addebitare sulla camera come sarebbe più comodo. La caamera si raggiunge cambiando ascensore che dal piano -1 porta allo 0, e dallo 0 cercare l’ascensore che sale ai piani, discutibile. La camera vorrei evitare di commentare, da quando siamo entrati venerdi a quando siamo usciti domenica, appiccicata al tetto proprio sopra al letto una gomma da masticare ( gli addetti alle pulizie non possono non essersi accorti in quanto sottotetto, spiovente, quindi situata a circa 170cm.. in bagno la ventola intasata di polvere e non funzionante, il phon era collegato ad un altro filo tramite nastro isolante, la scatoletta elettrica del telefono scoperta, la moquette a terra sporca e macchiata (allego foto) la comodità è la navetta gratuita per raggiungere varie piste, per il resto siamo molto delusi, anche perché spacciandosi per un 4 stelle, il prezzo pagato per i vari servizi è davvero eccessivo
