We are situated in an ideal and convenient location on the calm Caribbean side just north of the quaint settlement of Gregory Town Eleuthera Bahamas. The villa's superb location is convenient to Eleuthera's 2 airports, pink sand beaches, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Gregory Town is the home of the famous Pineapple Festival, Surfers Beach, The Cove Restaurant and Resort plus Sunset Grill where you may see locals perform. You will love the spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with the turquoise waters. It is one of the best snorkeling areas around. Enjoy kayaking or relaxing on the beach. Sit back and relax on the spacious patio with a cocktail and enjoy the view while soaking up the Caribbean sun during the day and the stunning star filled skies at night. Take a dip in the turquoise waters all while delighting in the spectacular views. Feel your cares fade away as you watch the beautiful sunsets. **Our Caretaker Wallace, if needed, can taxi you from the airport to our home and can help set up a rental car for your stay. Paradise The property and island are a literal paradise. We enjoyed the scenery most of all and the spacious home was a delight. It was super clean, well stocked, and convenient. We visited 3 Atlantic beaches and 3 Caribbean beaches, all wonderful in their own right, but the cove at the house was hands down the best snorkeling we found. We saw barracuda, 2 lion fish, starfish, moon Jellies, and plenty of other reef fish. Although there is not much of a sand beach, the three kids could safely play in the calm water and search for hermit crabs. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Caribbean vacation.

Wonderful location, well appointed home. Enjoy our stay. With a beach and Oleander reef just steps away the large 3 bedroom house is wonderful for 2-3 couples or large family. A large kitchen allows for the option of eating in, or reheating food from one of the local restaurants

First international trip with kids This was the perfect house for us. The property manager was friendly and helpful. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would absolutely utilize again!! ❤️

Stay was beautiful! House had all we needed. The snorkeling steps out the back door was some of the best fish around. Light switches were tricky figuring out. Kitchen well stocked and a large number of pots and pans, but most were unusable. A stainless steel pot and pan would be great, but that is just what I’m used to. Would definitely stay here again.Lovely home and our stay was fantastic!

Paradise It was perfect snorkeling was great. House was perfect for our needs. Laugh if you must, but I loved the reading glasses in front of the books. Such a welcoming and personal touch. Will be back.

Great Location, Phenomenal Views! Really impressed with the location and views. We all enjoyed the amenities, especially the water equipment and the kitchen, with everything one needs, except the groceries! Saw some amazing wildlife while snorkeling right off the beach, steps away. Would definitely return!!
