Everything was great but the breakfast could of been better but I will be booking again

This hotel is falling apart. The Wi-Fi did not work. The luggage cart was broken (at least 2 of the wheels) and another could not be found. The pool was closed for repairs. The room smelled like smoke and the armchair upholstery was dirty. The breakfast waffles and yogurt were good. Per the title of this review, the staff were very friendly and did the best they could. The beds were also pretty comfortable and clean enough to sleep in.

My only issue was the internet service. I wasn't able to get wi-fi service during my stay. The connection was very poor. I was unable to submit business report for my meeting in the comfort of my room.

Everything was great. Clean place great breakfast. Friendly staff. Breakfast attendant kept bar well stocked and area clean. This is the only thing that is annoying————what else can I say about this staaaaayyyyy!

1! I have lived in hotels 1/2 my life! I came to Greenville on a biz trip for ECU, and had to stay at a per diem. Sadly at $150 this was one of my only options. I booked thru *********. I arrived. The from desk employee fished around for my reservation for 15 mins till she realized she checked in the wrong person under my name. From there it just got worse. Room was dirty and a mess. Noise issues. My phone and tv didn’t work. I should have just driven home. Sad that you have to spend $300 for a place to just get some sleep. Don’t stay here. It’s a hot mess. As I write this I’m contemplating leaving and driving the 2 hours home.

Great hotel and convenient to a lot of restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay here every time I am in the area. The rooms could be bigger, but they are always clean. The bed is pretty comfortable. I would suggest a room on the first floor. Less noisy

Hotel is nice and clean, good breakfast and friendly staff at check-in. Hotel is very convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. Dana (may not be spelled right) is the best. He makes you feel very welcome. Second floor of the hotel can be little noisy because the walls are a little thin, but the first floor is very quiet. Please ask for first floor. Also, the suites are super roomy.

Pool is in-operational …no pool or spa…handicapped bathroom is dangerous when wet…no tissues were provided when ask for…staff very courteous …area has a lot of amenities…lacks fine dining…to much fast food

Had two rooms. Took three rooms before one of the two rooms offered was clean/operationally acceptable. Tiny bathroom and horrible towels. Room seemed humid. Overall room is large. Cancelled another booking in two weeks based on this trip.
