3 Adults Stayed there in a King room (117) with pull out couch on Sept. 27-29, 2024 as that was all left for ECU Family Weekend. Rates were $279 per night not including taxes. First noticed not enough lighting in room. Most important was filthy mattress cover on pull out couch. Took off to put fresh linens on. There was mold, blood and found out later, bed bugs. Put on floor in room as it was very late at night when found. Told office the next morning but they were not concerned. Complained at checkout and a small amount was taken off bill. However, our daughter was bitten numerous times and even had bed bugs in her suitcase, which was not on floor, and cosmetic bag on counter. Discovered this after getting home. Owner will not return calls so called Health Dept. there to investigate.

Beware of their bed bugs & you will not be refunded so take my advice and don't waste and pay your money to get bitten up! Staff was very nice, but manager/property owner not very unfair and shady!!!!

1st lets start with the bathroom, Hole in shower showing pipes. Bath tub is rusting. TV kept going out and they only make up the beds every other day which I didn't find out until I was checking out. The only good thing I can say is that the check in and check out staff was nice.

My mom and I recently went to Greenville NC the first night we stayed at the Quality Inn. We had booked a room at a place called In Town Suites , it was horrid. It was dirty and smelly so we went back Quality Inn because it was clean and close to food and to stores and we felt safe there. We stayed for 8 nights and the only negative was they did not tell us that had we joined and became members we would have gotten a discount Oops that was on us. Definitely recommend them but check for discounts. The employees were very polite and accommodating.
