グラーツ中央駅から近いので、アクセスに非常に便利です。室内もきれいなので、相部屋ですが気持ちよく使うことができます。キッチンもあるので自炊も可能です。

So wearth prices compare to service provider

It’s close to the train station and cheap. The rooms are clean as well, but the kitchen area is dirty. For example the chairs, the trash over flow, and sink are unkept. Additionally, there’s a shortage of utensils, plates, and cleaning supplies making the kitchen difficult to use.  The public area is loud with overhead music which makes it difficult to get any work done. All in all, it’s an average stay but the price and location are good.

A very nice experience in this hotel. The staff is friendly, the brekfast is nice and we've had 2 great nights there. I recommand.

Location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and a 6 minute walk from Lidl. The receptionists are hardworking, friendly and efficient, whilst the property itself has a communal kitchen to offer guests and inside storage for bicycles. There is naturally a bar and coffee available too, to buy. There is a decent sized common area for working and socialising alongside a pool table and 48 player table football. Lots of books can be found around too. I would recommend 100% as the rooms were spacious and clean with complimentary shower gel. Good value overall.

我們定的家庭房，最大的優勢是位置好距離中央火車站就一站路非常的方便，十分鐘就到了！早餐也可以，總體還行下次還會預訂！

Portable fans available at the reception, a very sensible approach to guest comfort. Extra points. But far many points off for the shabbiness of the guest rooms, the common areas. I can not tell dirt that won't shift from dirt that no one has tried to shift, and to stay in a place that seems dirty is as unhappy an experience as to stay in one that truly is dirty : Both make for a dreary evening and morning. And . . . every time I stay -- a visit every few weeks ! -- the place appears worse run-down. Depressing. How much does Domestos cost, after all ? Maybe fresh paint is out of the question, but . . . neaten up the picked-away edges of the signage ? To do so wouldn't break A&O.

A tip of the hat to "Markus", desk clerk, who brought my room key up from the Empfang almost before I realised that I had left it there -- a two thumbs down to the decisions not to put either a rubbish bin in the room (only in the bathroom) and not to put a drinking cup, a paper one would have done ! , in the bathroom
