The Hotel is located right at the center, with everything in the walking distance. There's a great gym and nice sauna (unfortunately without a pool). Rooms are spacious and modern. The Staff is amazing, we felt welcome at every moment. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant was open even on Christmas eve. Overall I will highly recommend the Hotel. One tip: Nearby parking is expensive: it's best to use free P&R which is ~30 min by bus.

環境：在格拉茨老城的邊上，步行到市政廳大概10分鐘，很完美 設施：中規中矩的歐洲快捷酒店，該有的都有，稍奢華的也不提供，地下3層有停車場，一天16歐左右。 衞生：良好 服務：前台小哥挺熱情的，各種解釋很詳細

a nice, clean hotel in a good location, staff helpful

格拉茨作為奧地利的第二大城市，竟然沒有五星酒店，保守選擇了雅高旗下的連鎖美居。 前台態度好，英文流利。隔壁就是billa很方便，離老城也很近。家庭套房的沙發床可以幫忙鋪好給小童睡。 基本上國內商務全季的水平，早餐比較簡單。

Friendly service. The hotel is well-located and it is easy to walk around. After checkout i told the front desk that i had left my adaptor in the room, that time my room already had new guest check in. And the staff is nice enough to knock on the door of room and i manage to get back my adaptor.

Hotel did not inform us that there was a marathon going on the day of check in, had to loiter around outside the area until the marathon was over late at night and got stuck in a heavy rain. When I gave a feedback at check in they only knew of the marathon on the day itself...

非常好的一家酒店，前台很熱情，酒店距離景點非常近，citywalk很舒適，格拉茨也是一個非常美麗的小鎮，很鬆弛，熱情的市民，輕鬆愉悦的環境，很贊

位置很好，環境很好，態度也很好，房間清新寬敞

We requested a shower chair (as am a handicap) but it did not arrived. The toilet drainhole did not flow well and flooded the toilet (room 215). The toilet did not come with towel rack/holder! Otherwise the room was spacious enough, had kettle, coffee, tea, minibar, etc.

滿意這酒店的平均表現，不會失望的，會再回來的

停車場很好找，就在酒店的後面，一開始不知道，結果停在了酒店對面的路邊停車位，如果在酒店設施裏説明就好了。酒店位置也不錯，到主要景點步行可達。房間衞生很好，早餐滿意。酒店旁邊有個露天市場，買水果很方便。

Good 4*Hotel with good size of rooms and service, clean, tasty breakfast. My advice is that the hotel needs some good decoration, specially at the rooms corridors.

服務態度很好，對中國人尤其熱情。位置距離市中心和各大景點都很近，像宮堡山，格拉茨主廣場，鐘樓。周邊的購物和餐飲也方便。
