Sleeping Configuration: Main Level (upstairs): Master Bedroom - sleeps 2 on a California king, en-suite bathroom. Living Room - sleeps 2 on a pull out couch sofa. Lower Level (downstairs): Bedroom 2 - sleeps 2 on a queen bed. Bedroom 3 - sleeps 2 on a queen bed. Bedroom 4 - sleeps 3 on a trundle, 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. Outdoor Space: Main Level – Covered patio off the back of the house with forest and beach views. Includes a Weber grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating for 12. Lower Level – Covered patio off the back of the house with forest and beach views. Features a hot tub that seats 6 and a cozy couch area for an additional 6. Indoors: Indoors, on the main floor you'll find a highly comfortable and flexible floor plan featuring a large mud room and half-bath off the main entry. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area seamlessly connects to the top floor deck for easy indoor/outdoor dining. Additionally, the first and largest main bedroom suite is located on this floor. Kitchen & Dining: Cook like a gourmet with a well stocked kitchen, including spices and top-of-the-line appliances such as a KitchenAid mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, BlendTec blender, an Instant Pot with a recipe book and more. The bedroom also has a 49" Roku TV for streaming along with cable. Downstairs: The stairs down to the lower floor takes you to the family/media room which flows into the downstairs deck with an outdoor sectional, coffee table and hot tub. 3 more full sized bedrooms and two baths, one in the second main, and one shared by the 3rd and 4th bedroom all await. Ample space between rooms ensures comfort and privacy for your group. A washer and dryer is located on this floor making it easy to dry beach towels or run a quick wash if needed. Family/Media Room: Gather family and friends for a movie on the 65” 4K TV or set the kids down to play games on the Xbox Series X while adults congregate upstairs. I loved how the host checked in with me throughout my stay, made sure I knew how to be in touch with any needs and the home was absolutely beautiful and welcoming! It was just the best place for me to be at this time and I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and comfortable home.

Lovely accommodations for 3 ladies or three couples if you are in need. The 4the bedroom is best for children or teens, however there is ample couch space for extra people if you needed. The house is one block from town and very close to pickle ball courts. We used the hot tub one of our nights and it was extremely clean. We were able to access our Netflix account on the Roku tv very easily, which isn’t always the case. We would highly recommend for a ladies getaway, couples weekend or family gathering.

This house was just lovely. From the fireplace to the decks to the well-stocked kitchen, fluffy bath towels, plus towels for the hot tub, and the view of the ocean through the trees-it was a great experience. Oh, and it was only about two blocks to the business area. The host was very responsive, although we never needed anything. We just needed to communicate about a delayed arrival.

Weekend Getaway! Stay here for the weekend to do razor clamming with the kids for there first time, the house was great! Very spacious for the little one to run around. Beds was very comfortable, management was always there to help out if we had any questions. We would highly stay here agin next time.

Highly recommend this comfy & spacious rental! We enjoyed this clean & beautiful rental in Seabrook. Plenty of room for our family and a well stocked gourmet kitchen. We made good use of the large propane grill and the hot tub. Conveniently located a couple blocks from the grocery store and coffee shop. Our host made a point of checking in with us before and during the stay. Very responsive and invited questions.

Razor Clamming get away! We stayed for a night to go razor clamming. This was a perfect place to be able to process the clams and cook them in several different ways. The kitchen was perfect. The hot tub on a cold winters night is pretty great too. Cozy, comfortable, and a full kitchen

Peaceful, remote getaway Met up with some friends here, and it was great! Loved how the whole town was walking distance. The nearby gnome trail was a hit with my 3 year old. The house had everything we needed and was a great place to relax and unwind.
