Smart TV in each bedroom and the family room and the screened in porch. Tons of activities to do, kayaks provided, paddle boards provided, bring you fishing rods and catch fish and crabs right off the dock. The house is convenientlu located to many great seafood restaurants as well as a ton of walking/ biking trails along the beautiful eastern shore Chesapeake Bay. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 20.About events:No events allowed.

Location was perfect! Close to restaurant and Rte 50 but tucked away in a quaint neighborhood. Host was always available and friendly.

Beautiful views! Great location and close to Kent Narrows! We took day trips to Annapolis and a boat ride to St. Michaels. This house is close to everything! Great restaurants nearby and so much to do!

Grasonville Oasis
This place was absolutely stunning, and such a great place for my friends and me to stay for a wedding weekend! The location, size, and amenities were wonderful (the hot tub was a hit). The host, Dave, was a clear and prompt communicator and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and again!

Relaxing stay on the water
We Enjoyed a peaceful and rejuvenating few days at this lovely home. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood beside the water, it offers all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and spent many hours sitting on the dock. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs. The outdoor spaces provided a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxing during the mornings and evenings.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
I must've said "this is the perfect VRBO" at least 4 times over the weekend we stayed. The property is exactly as listed. Fresh linens and towels were provided for each room. The hot tub was hot. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Family Wedding at Chesapeake Bay Be3ach Club!
Very nice property! Nice house! Only thing we'd change was the bed layout since you can only get into the queen beds in 1 bedrooms from the 1 side and bottom. Other bedroom with bath was great!
