Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. We allow pets, but do charge a $35 per pet fee. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
