Great experience for my family!

機場過去很近，交通方便，公交地鐵可以去任何地方。

這個片區雖不在最廣為人知的地區，但是安靜有序，周圍有地道的local食肆，公共交通也十分方便，此行為看演唱會，前往場館和凌晨宵夜回來都很安全便捷。

Front desk staff was helpful when we checked in and for some directions. The room size is much bigger compared to comparable rooms in Singapore. However, the room we stayed in is a bit old but ok. There is no provided water so you will need to get water near the elevator lobby. You need to go to the fourth floor to get ice. Getting water and ice is a bit of a hassle. The gym facilities are good and spacious. The hotel is in front of Marine Parade MRT station. Very accessible if you will go around SG via train. There is a nearby commercial area (you need to walk around two blocks) where there are different restaurants.

Booked this for our overseas guest due to location. No negative feedback provided. Will book again if required.

房間面積大，但是很潮濕。

Location is fantastic. Room is specious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Stone throw away to Marine Parade MRT TE 26. Cross the road is a shopping centre Parkway Mall and next to it is a big hawker center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. Especially along Joo Chiat road. Parking is free.

Location was good , easy access to MRT as it's just opposite the hotel same as well with a mall. However , the booking was mention for an anniversary celebration and confirmation was made on the counter upon checking in with a promise of cake will be given however nothing was received .

Very close to MRT. Walking distance to hawkers, shopping mall, and banks.

It's our 6th time doing a local StayCation over here. Everything is okay except that there is no metal rod bar being installed at the bath tub. So l told my eldery mum to be very careful after her shower. Would suggest that the Management will look into the installation of a metal rod bar. Other than this, we are very happy and have enjoyed our comfortable stay as it's a long weekend and it also coincides with Mother's Day. There is no waiting time for Check-In process. It was smooth sailing, good and efficient. The staff have allocated a hotel room nearer to the lift. Was grateful with thanks for it due to my mum's mobility issues.The cakes, pastries and tea/coffee served at the Divine Cafe were good. Wonderful service being served with a warm welcome smile always. Excellent. Keep it up always. We will be back soon for another StayCation once again. Thank you very much. Cheers.
