This very cozy 100+ year old home has been remodel for you and your family to enjoy. From the new kitchen to the addition of a full bath upstairs, this house has it all. Including a fully covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The outdoor space bodes a spacious deck to grill and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Grand Haven at night. Everything is within walking distance, from restaurants, bars and shopping to the public beach which is about a 15 minute walk from the property. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Use pads on the beds for any child under 10..About customRules:This house is monitored for security purposes and adherence to the house rules. Immediate eviction will apply for breaking any of the house rules..Absolutely no parties in or at the house. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. The house is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. We loved the cozy living area with its big windows overlooking the lake—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Grand Haven State Park beach and the iconic pier. We spent days exploring the boardwalk, enjoying fresh fudge from local shops, and watching stunning sunsets over Lake Michigan. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, leaving little welcome touches that made us feel right at home.This place exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful, upscale spot in this beautiful Michigan gem! We'd love to return.

We had an awesome time staying in Grand Haven. The home is such a great location, we’re big walkers and loved how easy it was to access all the best parts of the downtown area. Upstairs was a little warm, but it seemed unseasonably warm this weekend. The house had everything we needed, and more. The host was communicative and kind.

Perfectly Situated and Renovated
The owners took a century old home and renovated it to the point that every surface... floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, etc are brand new. Very impressive. Our family of 4 found it to be very comfortable. It's steps away from downtown and a short walk to the boardwalk along the river. We highly recommend.

Perfect spot for my family!
We love walking, beaches, playing games and just having a chance get our three generations together. This house allows us to be near the things we enjoy, comfortable inside and outside the house, and it’s well equipped. The host is welcoming and takes care of any questions quickly. It’s also very clean!
