De l'accueil à notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ après 16 jours resté sur place, tout est bien. Le seul petit bémol est peut-être le manque de diversité au niveau du petit déjeuner avec proposition d'au moins un jus de fruit maison. Le personnel est très présent et sympathique.

I recently visited this hotel for a day package, and my experience was not good. The swimming pools were a highlight, with separate areas for adults and children, which was a nice touch. The food was also good. However, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of activities. The game room was poorly equipped and very limited. To make things worse, when I asked the receptionist for the key to access the games, she acted as though we were disturbing her, which was very unwelcoming. With little to do other than swimming, we ended up leaving earlier than planned. While this place might work if you're just looking for a pool day, don't expect engaging activities or warm hospitality. It needs to be improved.

Hello So i booked Casa Florida for end of December 2024. The hotel is clean but in the morning there was no water to refresh yourself!! And we had to wait till evening to get water in the room. The room was quite old and needed a maintenance. Their quality of food is not that good. We were on a full board basis You do not get many options to choose from;only 1 main dish per person. We ordered food for lunch and had to wait for around 1hr as there was only 1 guy cooking for around 50-60 persons. The african guy who works at the reception is so rude and cold! There is lack of staff! However the other staff are quite nice. Their motto is ‘Arrive as a guest and leave as a friend’.. Totally fake! Stop being so miser! Invest in your management and staff.

Hôtel super bien équipé personnel aux petits soins pour vous super gentil et accueillant, petit déjeuner très copieux comme les repas proposés l'établissement ce situe pas très loin des plages et de la ville nous avons pris un appartement complet avec 3 belles chambres grand salon grande salle de bain avec douche italienne et 2 toilettes dont une séparée sans oublier la grande terrasse , je recommande très vivement cet établissement

Très bon hôtel idéalement situé à perebeyre. L'établissement est spacieux, avec de nombreux services, piscine, parking gratuit, cours de tennis, salle de gym....etc. notre chambre est belle, propre et confortables, environ 30 m2, avec coin salon et terrasse en rez-de-jardin ! La piscine est très agréable , nombreux transats, petits déjeuner excellent. A proximité nombreux commerces, restaurants, transports et la plage de perebeyre à 5 mn pied. Un grand merci à tous le personnel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

As a regular customer I'm puzzled and sorry to update my review of this establishment in the negative. The place has many weak spots, but all in all is decent accommodation for (completely) unpretentious holiday makers with a nice disposition and some patience. I always referred to the manager Clement for my bookings and payments, but he suddenly stopped replying to my messages without giving me the opportunity to review the bill before paying for the very last bit of our staying (their bills have a very different format from what I'm used to). I handled the payment myself, shortly before leaving, only to be accused of skipping the bill (with my wife and our 4 year old with me, who would do that?) To this day the manager has not replied to several attempts to clarify or even to a friendly greeting message from our son. Their slogan is “come as a customer leave as a friend,” I'm not sure that is how they really feel, and I'm sure that is not how you deal with customers or friends.
