House "Carmen Del Agua". In the centre of Granada. Private: swimming pool (3 x 12 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (29 steps) to the house. Parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 170 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. 6-room house 190 m2 on 2 levels. A very nice finca with a large pool in the middle of Granada in the Moorish district of Estrella was very helpful and nice. Thanks for that! There are a number of restaurants close by and the Cathedral Market Hall is a 15 to 20 minute walk away .

Very beautiful Carmen, full of charm with a magnificent swimming pool and different levels of terraces and gardens. You need to have good legs (lots of stairs - like Granada!) and if you drive well in space - the street must be 1m90 wide. But that's part
