We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa 1800 Granada. The staff was very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We were in a Deluxe room which ended up being a little small, but every room is different because it is such an old building. As compensation, we did have a view of the Alhambra if we craned our necks out the window. Great location, lovely building. Recommended.

Obwohl wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht hatten, waren Service und Unterkunft wirklich großartig. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist liebevoll gestaltet, der einbegriffene 'Afternoon Tea' ist für internationale Gäste ein echtes Plus. Nicht nur bei der Restaurantbuchung, sondern auch als wir wegen fehlender Außenfenster um einen Raumtausch baten, zeigte die Rezeption höchstes Entgegenkommen - und das bei durchaus moderaten Priesen. Als die Crew Wind davon bekam, dass meine Frau Geburtstag hatte, stand im neuen Zimmer auch gleich eine Flasche Sekt bereit...besser geht's nicht.

Una experiencia perfecta. Magnífico hotel en Granada muy bien situado, junto a la Plaza de Santa Ana, en una calle tranquila y silenciosa en la zona baja del Albaicín. El trato del personal es inmejorable, y el desayuno excelente. Incluyen, como cortesía gratuita al cliente, un buffet a modo de merienda delicioso.

Great location in Granada set on a quiet back alley, the open interior courtyard was extremely charming for relaxing and enjoying their complimentary afternoon tea with snacks. Rooms are small but very clean, exposed beams and classic furnishings, bathrooms were modern and comfortable. Friendly staff providing good local recommendations, would definitely stay here again. great price point as well.

Ha superado nuestras expectativas, hotel con encanto y ubicación excepcional, mejor imposible. Comodidad de gestión de parking que ofrecen. Por indicar un pero, salvable: complemento de desayuno incluido algo elevado. Repetiría sin duda y aconsejado a mis 2 hijos mayores y parejas.

Junior suite booked - Very disappointed, small, TV did not work, lots of stairs, bathtub leaked, room had interior windows no air movement and stuffy and dusty. When you open the interior window you hear all the noise from the breakfast area. Furniture is well past its time, very worn. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1. - no refund and made a formal complaint - we will see how it goes. We did find another beautiful hotel and our vacation is back on track! Very over priced for quality provided We saw that After we left - approx 220 euros/ night was the rate we paid Later saw it for 90!!!!!! And the 2 nights we gave back to them the showed sold out, but no refund for us. The sold the rooms The staff were friendly but did not have authority to approve our refund. We travel ALOT never had a hotel we felt we needed to leave and find another place.

Great boutique hotel tucked away off a side street in the Albaicin part of Granada; just a block off the Plaza Nueva. The area is great for getting to the Alhambra, and it's a less than 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and other sites. The room was great and the buffet breakfast was delicious. They also had a lovely afternoon (4:30 -5:30) snack time served where they put out mini snacks, fruits, sandwiches and you could order a beer or a glass of Cava to go along with it if you wanted to. The only thing that gets tricky is that you have to park at the Puerto Real parking lot and it's a 15 min walk away with all your luggage. When we arrived it was late so we just took a taxi as we didn't want to drag our luggage in the dark. Other than that it was a lovely stay with a great staff, especially Carmen!

El hotel se encuentra junto al paseo de los tristes un lugar con mucho encanto para pasear por Granada. Tiene un patio interior acogedor para desayunar o tomar café tienen merienda todas las tardes. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cuidadas algunas tienen vistas a la Alhambra. El personal muy atento.

Worst hotel experiences we had on our 2 week trip. Our room was overlooking the entrance hall and we consistently heard taking, phones ringing, bags being dragged, etc. This hotel needs to convert rooms 1,2,3 into offices. The staff was also very unfriendly. Would never stay here again.
