This was without doubt one of the best all inclusive we have been to. From checking in (late) where the receptionist was friendly and incredibly helpful, informing us that we could still get food and drink (a bonus). Room was very good and clean and the view we had (7th floor) was a joy. Food was fantastic, fresh and lots of it. Despite the dining room being very busy. The staff were quick to clean everything away and prepare the table for the next guest. Evening entertainment was excellent and the bar staff were quick and attentive. Thank you to all

The staff were friendly & helpful. The food on our all inclusive holiday was very good, such a wide variety of foods at all mealtimes. We were happy with the drinks in the all inclusive package the local alcoholic drinks are to our taste, so we were happy. There’s also a constant supply of non alcoholic drinks & tea, coffee, chocolate & water. The main pool is huge & there’s a children’s pool & playground set away from the main pool. The jacuzzi area was good & was for adults 18+ which was lovely. The entertainment every evening was varied & some was excellent. Aquafit , water polo & other activities were provided every day, so more active people need never be bored! Our room was a double room & it was plenty big enough for us. There was good storage to put all our items away. The bathroom was just the right size. The balcony was small but adequate for us. The cleaning lady always seemed to know when we went to breakfast because the room was miraculously tidied when we returned. So lovely! There’s also a snack bar which serves a wide variety of different foods from salads to all day breakfast, if you don’t want to go to the main restaurant. We had an enjoyable stay, despite being left behind on the return airport run with 4 other people. Jet 2 did arrange a mini bus for the 6 of us and we raced to the airport & luckily we were there in time to fly home! We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is ideally situated in between the quieter area and the more lively Yumbo Centre so you can experience the best of both worlds. It’s also only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is great, staff are polite and the food is excellent.

Muy buena relacion calidad precio. Magnifica atencion del personal Estupendas instalaciones Se agradece el autobus gratuito hasta la playa de ida y vuelta. La comida variada y de calidad. Gracias a Rogelio e Isabela que son con quien mas hemos tratado. Y a los demas tambien por supuesto. Seguro que repetire, a ver si puede ser en Carnavales.

This hotel never fails to impress us. We have been 4 times now . The rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds . Air con not the greatest but I’ve started taking a little USB fan which does the trick . The food is second to none so much variety and plentiful . The drink selection is good and the position for the beach and shopping areas is perfect with free buses to both playa del ingles and maspalomas beaches . Taxis plentiful just outside the hotel . Have booked again for March

Very dissatisfied with this hotel, 1st time in gran canaria since the 1980s. The pool staff were very aggressive towards us as a family due to having an 8month old baby and trying to shelter her from the hot sun, we moved one of the beds to help shade her and he came along and grabbed the unmberlla and shouted at us aggressively which scared us, its a very regiment set up beds far to close together we could hardly move, and not aloud to move them dining area was the same. Staff during dining were nice and helpful, the food was very repetitive one dish differant daily, so glad we stayed a week only, bar staff miserable apart from diego he was polite, entertainment not very good apart from the singer on the Thursday evening, very disappointed we did complain but made not difference at all

Hotel needs to be updated and modernised. It is very dated and cheap looking. Rooms need an update very cheap and poor looking. Beds move as soon as you turn on them. Bathroom looks as though new sink but rest of the bathroom is tired and old looking Dining room..it is like a zoo , people going in every direction, no proper system to get your food so it ends up in chaos. There are hot plate's at the edge of the buffet which are boiling hot 🔥 and an accident waiting to happen especially with the number of kids helping themselves to food etc, surely this is a safety issue which managers need to access. Food is very repetitive, nothing is labelled so you don't know what you are eating. A lot of food is deep fried,not good . Overall I think the food is ok, but could be better Night time entertainment is quite poor Day time activities are good with z good animation team. Overall I would not return to this hotel as too many negatives in my opinion

Hotel a little out but not far enough to walk to the beach and main bars/restaurants on the front (20 mins stroll) Food is actually good for the price we paid, lots of selection albeit a little bland sometimes, needed some more variety and more show cooking (usually just 1 x meat dish). The big big issue for me with this hotel is that it's 500 or something rooms (which is alot of people) and only 1 X pool (albeit a decent size). In the height of summer when the hotel is full it is absolutely rammed. If you don't have a lounger before 7/7.30am you won't get one until later in the day. The pool is absolutely packed, good luck getting a seat for the evening entertainment, you'd need to have a seat by 6.30 to have any sort of chance. Overall, nice enough food for what we paid, but we wouldn't return purely because of the size of the hotel comparable to the size of the facilities. I personally will never go to a hotel with any more than 250 x rooms moving forward. And it'll need at least 2 pools and lots of space. Oh forgot to say because of the design of the hotel the sun is constantly blocked by the circular towers so you find yourself in the shade for a few hours a day (unless you play musical sunloungers and move when you can).

The staff are very helpful and courteous. There was a wide range of food available every day, even the "snacks" were full meals. From the hotel it was a short walk to the beach and other places to visit. The hotel put on a free bus to the beach if needed. The rooms are clean, and cleaned when you needed it. Staff respected our privacy. The only downside was that we couldn't always use the balcony, or open the doors onto it, due to the smells of fried fish/foods from the kitchen vent which ended just past us, and the smells blew back in. I would have rated the full 5 otherwise. The weather was good for the time of year, got a nice tan and yet didn't suffer in excessive heat. Evenings were around 20c and highest daytime was 30c
