"Tämä hotelli sijaitsee keskustassa Grado lähellä Grand Canal. Se on hyvin lähellä kymmeniä ravintoloita ja kauppoja ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan 2 julkisia rantoja. Hotellihenkilöstö oli erittäin tehokas ja ystävällinen. Aamiainen oli runsaasti (tyypillinen italialainen hinta). Parkkipaikat, vaikkakin rajoitetut ja tiukat, on saatavilla turvallisessa alueella, joka on saatavilla hotellin lobby. Suosittele saada junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small. "

"Tämä on pieni perhe-hotelli noin 30 huonetta, useimmat parveke, sijaitsee muutaman sadan metrin päässä kaupungin keskusta ja kävelymatkan maksava ranta lähellä. Hotelli tarjoaa luotettava WiFi, pieni jääkaappi ja ilmastointi. Huoneet ovat hieman päivätty ja melko perustavanlaatuisia, ja on joitakin pieniä huoltokysymyksiä – vesialue oli osittain lukossa, WC-virtaus oli yleensä kiinni, suihku suihku vettä ympäri kylpyhuone, jne.. Nämä voidaan tarkistaa ja korjata huolellinen päivittäinen tarkastaminen kaikki huoneen tilat. aamiainen oli hyvä, hyvä valinta ja hyvä laatu. Suuri lisä oli, että hotelli tarjosi pyörävuokraus (ensimmäinen tunti ilmaiseksi!) ja sähköskootereita 2 euroa tunnissa. Henkilöstö oli erittäin ystävällinen ja apukas, varsinkin Katarina, vastaanotto. Yleensä, miellyttävä oleskelu, suositeltiin."

"Quiet location in the "garden city", yet super convenient with the local bus stop right there by the post office. Good Spar supermarket very close, as well as an ok restaurant. The beach is quite close, too. Hotel reception extremely friendly and helpful, this is a family business. Really good buffet breakfast, especially by italian standards. Spacious balcony. ACCESSIBLE bathroom, including the shower- extra points for that . Ramp at the entrance, elevator. Everything nice and clean. Great about lending you bikes for free for shorter periods; reasonable rates for longer ones. Normal household fridge in the room, no silly minibar. Aircon worked fine. The mattresses could be a bit softer, but they were good enough. On the whole a clear recommendation; just try not to book last minute during high season for more humane pricing."

"We stayed at Touring Aparthotel as a family of four for the second time. The hotel is impeccable, rooms are nice and modern, the kitchen is big enough and comfortable, aircon works well and beds are comfy. Location is not great but Grado is small so is not a big deal. Also the fact that the hotel provides bikes at no cost is really convenient. This time the breakfast was even better than 2 years ago! huge selection and excellent quality for such a small hotel, we were really impressed. They even provide a juicer with all kind of vegetables for self service. We definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"I had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel, largely thanks to the staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and professional. I'd especially like to highlight the restaurant waitress, who always greeted guests with a smile and showed remarkable diligence in her work. The dinner, included in the price, was a pleasant surprise due to its high quality. My room was comfortable and impeccable, and I really appreciated having a terrace. Parking was also good, offering both outdoor and indoor options (the latter being more expensive, but convenient). Overall, a very positive experience."

"I don't usually write reviews because minor flaws can be overlooked (old bungalow, half-hearted cleaning), but what I experienced here is, in my opinion, unacceptable: The campsite offers a Paco Giochi (children's playground), admittedly rather small; there isn't even a swing, but okay. At 10:00 a.m., an employee named Malik offers activities: pencils, scissors, and paper are provided, and small chairs are set up. My son and a few other children participated. After half an hour, a second employee, Claudia, joined us. After a brief discussion between Malik and Claudia, I was informed in broken English that we were unwelcome because my son required too much supervision (which, incidentally, I provided throughout). If children's activities are offered, then please ensure they are run by qualified staff who enjoy interacting with all children, not by immature employees—an absolute no-go for a campsite that presents itself as 'child-friendly'! I strongly recommend that you and your children stay at a different resort/campsite!!"
