Moim zdaniem beznadzieja, mieliśmy wykupiony pokój standard dostaliśmy chyba ekonom, balkon jednoosobowy, sprzątanie polegało na pościeleniu łóżka, nawet woda która powinna być w pokoju, niedostarczona . Śniadania marne natomiast obiad i kolacja takie same przez 12 dni, sorry dwa razy mieli święto i dołożyli jakiś dodatkowy makaron z dodatkami, było ich w sumie 3 rodzaje, dołożyli też mięso jagnięcinę (niejadalną) może mają inne smaki ( jeśli tak to kiepskie moim zdaniem ) co dziennie na obiad i kolacje był gulasz i mięso z kurczaka smażone na tłuszczu , z ryb serwują filet i cała ryba, oczywiście obiad i kolacja przez 12 dni taka sama, frytki( niecodziennie) i ryż .Warzywa czyli pomidor krojony na różne sposoby, papryka, cebula (nie na śniadania), oliwki itp. We did have a lovely time in the beautiful sunshine and the hotel grounds were lovely. We absolutely loved the wildlife, birds, hens, roosters, and of course the lovely cats and their baby kittens. We mostly visited the quiet pool which was a delight and the lovely beach where we enjoyed swimming, not forgetting the beautiful sunrise which really made our holiday. However, there are some things that need to be addressed about this hotel. I read a lot of the reviews before we arrived but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I am therefore so disappointed that I found most of the previous comments are correct, I was hoping I was going to be proved wrong, but sadly not. What is the most disappointing is that time and time again people write these reviews, the management say they appreciate the feedback, but sadly , time and time again they do nothing about it. With that said it is probably a good idea for the management not to comment on my review, as it will absolutely fall on deaf ears. I write the review therefore to give my honest opinion for other holiday makers who are visiting this hotel. It is fair to say that the holiday we booked through TUI was a bit of a bargain, so I wasn’t expecting too much, however, what I do expect is cleanliness irrespective of cost and this is where my main issue lies: Reception: We arrived late at night (after having a road traffic accident with the guy who was driving the mini bus). I appreciate this is not the hotel’s fault but to arrive in a reception area that had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and that it was evidently dirty did not lift our spirits. Upon visiting the toilet at reception, again, dirty, no loo roll and there was no soap in the dispensers so no, first impressions were not good. I do wish to point out thought that the young guys checking us in, did it swiftly and unlike other reviews have said, they spoke very good English. We later found that this was every staff member we encountered, so I don’t understand why people say there is very little English spoken, I would like them to try to speak Turkish! Room: On first impressions the room was fine, but later through the holiday we realised this was not the case. This is simply because housekeeping is non-existent. You will have towel changes, bed linen changes and loo roll replenished but that is it. There is no sweeping or mopping of floors that would be of usual standard for a hotel especially that you are on holiday, but sadly no, this didn’t happen. The dressing table had a glass cover, so fingerprints were constantly there, so I found myself cleaning it down myself as well as the loo and wash basin. We often brought drinks to the room and unlike in other hotels, the glasses were never taken away. I don’t need waiting on hand and foot but if you had a coffee or tea in your room the cups were never washed, so on the odd occasion when I didn’t wash them myself it would just stand there until I washed them.
