Free shuttle bus to Gotemba Station. The hotel is very close to bus stop going to Hakone or Gotemba. The service was excellent from front desk to dining room. Breakfast is great. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Rembrandt. Will be back 😃"

This miscommunication between the booking platform and the hotel created a very awkward situation and really put a damper on my morning. If you decide to book this place, I highly recommend double-checking your breakfast inclusion directly with the hotel beforehand to avoid this kind of unpleasant surprise."
