Чистый отель, заселили быстро. Ездили на концерт, который проходил в соседнем здании. Поэтому расположения для нас идеальное👌

Ужасный персонал, грубый и не воспитанный. Приехал утром не спал всю ночь, пришел в хорошем настроении и было моментально испорчено, администратор отсутствовала на рабочем месте 15-20 минут, затем прошла мимо и не обратила на меня внимания. Я попросил помочь, но мне сказали мой номер только с 8 утра, я понимаю бюрократию системы, но повышать голос и грубить это отсутствие сервиса!!! Не рекомендую данный отель!
