Sierra Cave Cappadocia arvostelua

Very authentic place! We loved how the rooms were designed and decorated. Beautiful view on the whole village, you can even see hot air balloons from the window of your room or the terrace. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very tasty as well. It was a real pleasure to stay in this amazing place.

I am very satisfied with the service and facilities at Sierra Cave Hotel Cappadocia. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was late for breakfast, but they still prepared food for me—truly excellent service! Additionally, the location is very strategic in Göreme, close to many main attractions. The room is comfortable, the hotel has a unique atmosphere, and my stay here was truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back if I visit Cappadocia again!

非常好！服務很好，可以幫你定低價熱氣球。人好，貓也好

一開始還挺不錯，有一個高高壯壯的人工作人員非常友好，幫我把東西放進房間，立馬把wifi和密碼寫給我，一直很友好的在笑。但是我WIFI密碼對，可是連不上。第一天我流量夠所以沒有在意。但是我第二天停機了必須要用了，所以去問為什麼連不上WIFI，一個年輕的工作人員説他們不提供wifi，可是明明都在詳情寫了是有公共WIFI的。然後頁面也寫了是兩份早餐，我吃飯的時候一堆貓圍着我想吃火腿，我的那份跟他們分着吃完了，但是他們還眼巴巴看着我想吃。我想説兩份早餐，我一個人，衹要第二份的火腿給貓吃就好了，結果跟我説我這個衹包一份早餐。所以我挺不理解的。然後酒店外面裝修挺好的，但是屋子裡天花板會掉粉是真的。頂流的露台可以看到熱氣球應該，但是我在的幾天都取消了。基本情況就是這樣，可以根據需要自己考慮，附幾張一樓的圖片

很一般 潮濕

1. 청결도 청소 상태가 매우 깔끔하며 침구가 포근하다. 고양이가 4~5마리 살고 있는데 숙소 여기저기를 돌아다닌다. 심지어 밥먹을 때 식당에서 겸상을 하기도 한다. 식당에는 안 왔으면 좋겠다. 아침 먹을 때 방청소를 원하냐고 묻는다. 나는 원치 않아서 원치 않는다고 했다. 2. 친절도 직원들의 태도가 매우 친절하다. 아침 식사가 부페식으로 제공되는 줄 알았는데 직원이 직접 아침을 차려줘서 매우 송구스러웠다. 3. 시설 1층 문간방에 묵었는데 창문 세 개 중 방범창이 없는 게 1개 있어서 창문을 열 수가 없었고, 나머지 두 개는 도로쪽으로 나 있어서 밖에서 안을 들여다볼 수 있어서 열 수가 없었다. 커튼도 항상 치고 있어야 해서 창문이 있으나마나 한 존재라고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 밤에 창문을 잠깐 열어뒀는데 고양이가 들어와서 놀랐다. 1층은 보안상 문제가 많은 것 같다. 열쇠가 진짜 열쇠같이 생겼는데 문 열도 잠글 때 조금 불편한데 예쁘긴하다. 에어컨이 없지만 덥지는 않다. 4. 위치 버스정류장과 전망대가 매우 가깝다. 5. 추가 서비스 체크인할 때 여행사 에이전시를 운영한다면서 열기구나 일일 투어를 신청해주겠다고 하는데 개인적으로 신청하는 게 더 저렴해서 나는 안 한다고 했다.

Good location and nice panoramic terrace but the pillows a little dirty. I would suggest avoiding noise at night in the common areas as I couldn't sleep due to other guests..

It was nice, but a cleaning lady entered the hotel room without knocking after we check in and saw us naked, it was very embarrassing and they never asked for apologies

The room felt humid with NO AC installed, it wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and felt like someone had been there before. It was an emergency booking so we arrived pretty late. There is NO parking available so, we needed to park somewhere on those narrow streets. The lamps had no bulbs so no dim lights for the evening. The breakfast was basic, many flies around the food and cats! They have a nice spot to take photos on the roof.
