I along with my wife stayed in this hotel in room no 113 for two nights on 26 and 27th September. Location is good. The staff at reception was OK. The breakfast was good. A few of the things in the hotel room were in need of repair and fixing such as the dysfunctional shower, soap dispenser, broken fan, etc. However since we spent a very little time in the room it didnt matter much to us. Overall a good comfortable stay.

We booked a cave room as per booking website and got a stone room instead. They said that ran out of cave rooms while I had booked specifically for a cave room as per booking. In the room, my bed sheet were torn in many places and had to ask them to remove it and they didnt even apologize. Its like stay or you can leave attitude. They do have a big bathroom in the stone room. They do have a good balcony on top but not maintined properly and not clean with torn down cushions nd tables. Definetly not worth the money you spent. Breakfast better to eat from outside since no selection...some bread, jam,cheese, olives a single omelette if you are two people....I didnt expect 5 star place but I expected a clean and maintined place and a place that honours their bookings.

Ich wurde schon von Anfang an liebenswert empfangen.Der Chef persönlich kümmert sich um alle Belange und Wünsche.Ausserdem Ist der Chef Oruc ein ausgezeichneter Reiseführer der mir sein wunderschönes Land gezeigt hat. Es wird Deutsch und Englisch perfekt gesprochen. Auch die Gastronomie in diesem Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.Alles köstlich und liebevoll zubereitet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem.Ein wunderbares Erlebnis Richarda Werner

From the moment we arrived late evening and Oruc leaned over the balcony of the rooftop dining area and said "welcome come up and have dinner the first drink is on the house" we knew we were in for an enjoyable stay . We stayed 2 nights in very comfortable cave rooms and enjoyed the hospitality of the staff . Hot air ballooning was organised at reasonable rates along with a local taxi driver to drive us to the attractions of the region, We wished we had more time to explore the area. Dieses Jahr wollte ich die Heimat meines Vaters ein bisschen besser kennenlernen.( Türkei ) Freunde haben mir das Caravanserai Hotel in Göreme empfohlen. Per Internet habe ich mich mit dem Besitzer Herr Oruc Celik in Verbindung gesetzt, Er hat mir auch sofort geantwortet und wir haben gemeinsam einen Reiseplan ausgearbeitet. Da mein Flug zu einer unmöglichen Zeit war,war Herr Celik auch sofort bereit mich persönlich vom Flughafen abzuholen. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher.weltgewandter und gebildeter Mann. Er und sein Sohn ,die gemeinsam das Hotel führen ,kümmern sich liebevoll um das Wohl eines jeden Gastes. Sie und das Personal sprechen mehrere Sprachen,darunter Deutsch und Englisch. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und super gut, Der Ausblick ivom Restaurant ist zauberhaft und einmalig.Man kann das ganze Göreme Tal überblicken, Das muss man gesehen haben. Herr Celik unternimmt auch Führungen.Er ist ein kompetenter und fachkundiger Reiseführer ,der alles sehr gut erklärt,Ausserdem ist er witzig und unterhaltsam.So ist seine Führung ein weiteres Erlebnis ,das man nicht so schnell vergisst.

Really beautiful hotel, very different, spacious and clean. Also very open shower room and good breakfast options. Very cheap & cheerful for what you get. Excellent service from the boss & cleaning staff.

We enjoyed 2 nights in Goreme at this hotel. We did not have a cave room as such, but the stone in the bathroom was the same stone that makes up the caves. The ceiling was covered by a turkish throw that had been attached to the ceiling, and added a nice touch. Our room overlooked the garden/courtyard and the first night, we had smoke entering the room. When we mentioned this to Oruc, he offered to move us to another room. Breakfast was good, but they seemed to run out of cay (tea) quickly. Breakfast is served up on the terrace roof and the views overlooking the town & the stone formations held us there for a long time. Oruc is ready with information on what to see & do in Cappadocia. They also have a laundry service that is not too expensive. The wi-fi was a bit erratic, sometimes being non existent. It was a relaxing 2 days in a magical location.

super hotel location perfect service best whenever we had a problem they helped us solve the warm recommendations. the interior of the hotel is very good. Very good breakfast. they have a lot of offers for excursions, tours, at a very reasonable price.

El Caravanserai Hotel tiene una administración familiar de padre e hijo. Serdar (hijo) permitirá coordinar retiros desde el aeropuerto, viajes en globo, y demás con mucha seriedad y responsabilidad. Las habitaciones tipo cueva son muy acogedoras, aunque es dificil la penetración del wifi por el grosor de las paredes. Adicionalmente, se ofrecen las garantías básicas para una estadia comfortable. El desayuno es un poco flojo, pero a pocos pasos del hotel se encuentran muchos restaurantes donde complementar.
