It is near shopping and close to a variety of restaurants and other activities. Home is only a few minutes from many of the MLB Spring Training Facilities (Dodgers, White Sox, Reds, Brewers, Cubs, Diamondbacks, Rockies, Giants, A’s, Guardians (formerly the Indians), Royals, Rangers, Padres and Mariners). Westgate (State Farm Stadium & Desert Diamond Arena) and ISM Raceway (NASCAR). The large master bedroom offers a Cal King bed, direct easy access to the back yard and an en-suite bathroom with separate tub & shower and dual vanities. Large walk-in closet and a faux fireplace heater, to create the perfect bedroom ambiance. Bedroom #2 ALSO offers a King size bed, 2 nightstands and a dresser. Plenty of room and storage. Lamps have USB ports to charge all those devices. Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed that has been wonderfully decorated. Beautiful matching nightstands and dresser adorn this room. Bedroom #4 provides comfort with another Queen size bed and a lovely nightstand and dresser w/mirror. ALL BEDROOMS have brand new 55” Smart TVs. (Master Bedroom upgraded to a 65” Samsung Smart TV) You’ll be able to access your Netflix account or enjoy the Directv, with premium channels (HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ, CINEMAX, ENCORE) that is provided at the home.
