The pool closed too early and they didn't serve breakfast the day we were there (Sunday) - the only 2 amenities we look for in a hotel, so very disappointing for everyone to begin with. The room was not very clean and there were mold spots all over the bathroom ceiling peeking through the paint they tried to cover them with. The toilet would not flush right and there was no fan in the bathroom. It was below freezing outside and the heater didn't heat the room very well so there was a chill in the air the entire time and the blankets were very thin. There was no armchair and ottoman like the photos showed which our son planned to crash on, and then no cots available either, so he had to sleep on the floor. There was no phone in the room and the hallways/stairs were super dingy and reminiscent of The Shining. The entire hotel needs a serious update or at least a good scrub. If I could give negative stars I would. This is not the first bad experience an OYO Hotel, but it will be the last one. I was hoping the first couple bad experiences were just issues with those specific hotels, but it's clearly an issue across the board and this one was the worst so far. Steer clear, pay a few extra bucks for better quality. You definitely don't even get what you pay for here.
